This property was beautiful and the staff was awesome. My family had the best time. The pool area was awesome and the boat to get to the beach was so convenient and fun and Chris was the best driver. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The host were amazing and very communicative.

Very roomy condo in a great location with beautiful grounds.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was clean minus a few things. I will say there were no wash rags, dish towels, dish soap, dish tablets or toilet paper. We had to buy all of them when we got there. The condo was very roomy for my family of 8. We loved that they had an adult pool along with a family pool. The pools were clean and area picked up. We also enjoyed the pontoon ride from the condo to the beach. The private beach was beautiful and clean.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Our cleaning crew is responsible for putting out dish towels and a starter set of toilet paper. This was addressed and will not happen again. As for the detergents and dish soaps, we ask our guest to bring what they may need during their stay. We have left bottles out in the past for guest and unfortunately they end up taking our supply home with them and not leaving any for the next guest.

Great vacation and location!

This is the second year we've stayed at Sanctuary at Redfish and we absolutely love it! The condo was clean and comfortable. My kids loved the bunk beds! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. You will need to bring your own consumable items (foil, spices, ziploc bags). Lee (the owner) was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The pools are fantastic and never overly crowded when we visit in July. Captain Bob and the pontoon that takes you to the beach is easy and convenient. Having the beach chairs and umbrella already setup on the beach is great. Would definitely recommend this place!

Wonderful unit!

We booked this unit last minute due to a change of destination because of the COVID-19 crisis. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. As with most 30A rentals, bring your own foil, yeti cup, sandwhich baggies, beach towels, etc. We loved having three bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms to spread out- the kids loved the bunk bed. The included beach chair/umbrella set up and the boat shuttle to the beach was AMAZING. The beach area is un-crowded and our kids loved having access to the beach, the lake and the canoes! The heated pool, grills and hot tubs at the complex were an added bonus. We wouldn't hesitate to book this unit again.

No Beach Set! There are better options

We have stayed at Sanctuary at Redfish several times. This particular property was not cleaned to the standard of the other properties. It also showed signs of wear and tear that had not been repaired. The washer was very loud even with the door shut it was SO LOUD. My biggest issue with this unit was that they DO NOT pay for beach set. Every unit we have stayed at has paid for beach set up. There are better options than this unit at Sanctuary at Redfish.

We strive to provide a clean and comfortable stay for all our guests, and I am disappointed that this was not the case for you. Since your stay, we have made several updates to ensure our property is welcoming and enjoyable for everyone. The unit has been thoroughly deep cleaned and we are using a different cleaning company, and we've also replaced the washer and dryer with new, upgraded models. Over the past few years, we've invested in numerous upgrades, including luxury vinyl plank flooring, updated furnishings, and refreshed bedding and fixtures. Regarding beach service, we do not include this as part of our rental, as it allows guests the flexibility to choose the services they prefer. However, we do provide beach chairs in the unit for your convenience, so you can take them to the beach anytime. We also offer discounted rates that can provide a more affordable option for those who may not need additional amenities included. We take all feedback seriously and use it to improve our offerings. Great Location but Condo needs some work

We love the location and have stayed close by for the last few years. Check in went great but once in the condo we found there was food left in the refrigerator. Once we got it cleaned out we put our own food in there only to find out the refrigerator was at 47 degrees. We sent a message right away but no response. We had to get rid of part of our food because by the next morning because it was still at 44. After about 20 hours at setting it down to 34 we got it down to 37. I contacted VRBO and the owner to get someone to look at it and the no response from the owner. Finally heard back the afternoon of the 2nd day saying it was because we put our food in. The owner said it was because we put food in the refrigerator. There is a problem with the refrigerator because they should not perform this way. I was told someone would be sent out to fix it along with the light out in the laundry room but no one ever showed up. The issues we noticed was the wall is peeling in the master bathroom, the toilet paper holder in the guest bathroom is missing, along with the shower curtain kept falling, Screen down was off of master room and holes in the living room screen door. To stay in the nice condo these should be resolved. The complex needs a maintenance person that can be called to resolve issues quicky. Closets were used to store extra paintings and light fixtures. The Pools are great! Parking is Great! Access to the beach is easy during boat hours but if you want to go outside those hours you have a long walk down the road and down a path to get there.

We appreciate feedback that can help us improve our guest experiences. Rest assure your messages were received and a maintenance ticket was promptly submitted to the property maintenance department onsite. The refrigerator was checked and appeared there were a lot of warm can beverages put in. This can significantly lower the temperature and increase the cooling time. As noted the refrigerator temperature did come down and start cooling again and has worked fine for each guest since. To avoid this we suggest grabbing free bags of ice from the machine in the garage and cooling warm drinks in a cooler. This will help the refrigerator work at an optimal temperature for cold drink and food items. The other items have been address and fixed other than the paint. The paint is peeling next to the shower from the steam. The entire unit is scheduled to be repainted after the high season. Our guest can help by using the exhaust fans in the bathroom to alleviate the settling of steam on the walls. We want all of our guest to have a world class experience at Sanctuary at Redfish. Very helpful manager. Proximity to ocean and how to get there is ideal. No long walks dragging all your stuff. Pools extremely clean. This unit is on the bottom floor so convenient bringing in your luggage etc. Highly recommend.

Unique Beach Vacation

Our condo was clean and well appointed, very comfortable for a family of six. The pools and hot tubs made for a nice respite from the beach. The pontoon boat ride from our dock to the beach was never inconvenient and pretty neat in and of itself. Overall, it was a very fun and relaxing time. I’d do it again.

Great vacation

The property was a perfect fit for our family. We were pleased with the condo, pools and beach. We were worried about traveling during the pandemic but this was a quiet area where social distancing was easy. Our kids loved the pools and riding the boat to the beach. We appreciated having beach setup each day. We will definitely be making plans to visit again.
