Our home is spacious in all the right places. Cozy with a Lodge feel, plenty of yard space to hang out and relax, and nestled within the Ocala National Forest. 4 Natural Springs, Volusia Speedway, and the St. Johns River, are 5-15 mins away. 20-45 is Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, and Silver Springs Park. Whether you Go fishing, swim with manatees at Silver Glenn, kayaking, hiking, or race around the track, we are sure you will find adventure waiting . Astor also has great dining choices. Alexander Springs, Juniper Springs, Silver Glenn, and De Leon are all less than 15 mins drive. Racing at the Volusia Speedway is always great to see. A 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home.

Great Location

This is our second stayed in this charming cottage and we love how close it is to all the springs. We love that down the street there are stores and restaurants. The cottage is clean and well stocked . Linda the owner answered all the questions and has always been great with communication. We hope to come back to this little peace of heaven. Thank you for having us.

Beautiful location

We love our stay at the Lodge. Linda the owner was great and answer all my questions. The place is clean and has everything you need for your stay. Location, location… is so close to all the beautiful springs. We will definitely be coming back

Astor fishing trip

We enjoyed our stay at the “lodge”. It was very clean and decorated with a lodge feel. Linda was great to communicate with and loved her manatee items. It is a great location for fishing and sightseeing.

Clean and home away from home

The host is very nice and understanding. The guide booklet was very informative and useful. We went to Castaway r(estaurant in the booklet) for dinner the first day. Was really good. The property was cleaned.

Weekend Getaway to Florida Springs & St Augustin

We had a great time in Astor FL visiting both Alexander Springs and DeLeon Springs State Park. This was the perfect location as both parks were located within about 15 minutes of the property. We had dinner at Castaways Restaurant - food was good, friendly crowd and live music! We did some shopping at Barberville Yard Art Emporium in Pierson, just down the road. Host was very friendly and communicated timely and answered all our questions.

Weekend getaway in Astor

Quaint little lodge to spend the weekend. Close to marina, everything we needed close by. Property owner was very responsive to all our questions. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying there again.
