The owners, Réjane and Bertrand, welcome you to this 2-star studio, located in a restored former post office; all comforts, entirely on one level with 1 large living room (lounge area, dining room, bedroom), kitchen, shower room, toilet; direct access to the courtyard with barbecue and garden furniture. WIFI, TV, MAL laundry, dryer...
We are located in the Loiret, on the border of Yonne, Nièvre and Cher, 3 km from the village of Ouzouer sur Trézée, 10 km from Briare, Rogny and Bléneau, 15 km from Bonny, Châtillon sur Loire, Nogent sur Vernisson and Châtillon Coligny, 20 km from Gien, 35 km from Montargis.
On the banks of the Briare canal, in a very quiet hamlet in the heart of the Puisaye ponds; many fishing sites (carnivores, carp, trout, white fish...): Fishing accommodation label.
Also ideal for hiking, mountain biking or cycling (the cottage is labelled "Accueil Vélo" and is located 100 m from the Scandibérique and the Loire and Canals route), resting, visits (Briare, Gien, Rogny, Montargis, Saint Fargeau, Guédelon, Sancerre, Sully, La Bussière...).

The gite is not very big but for one person, it was plenty big enough. It was relatively easy to keep cool with the blinds closed, which was great because the temperature was high. Wifi worked great. Owners are very friendly as well
