In Bastelicaccia, a village in Southern Corsica, located about 10 minutes from Ajaccio.
The accommodation is located 6 km from the airport and about 10 km from the port (ferry terminal).
Ideally situated between the imperial city of Ajaccio and Porticcio, you’ll enjoy a quiet and relaxing setting while still being close to beaches and amenities.

BRAND-NEW, bright, and air-conditioned 35 m² furnished apartment—very comfortable with ground-floor access—located on the ground floor of a villa in a new residence.
Private parking next to the apartment.
30 m² terrace for relaxing in the sun, equipped with an awning.

Close to all amenities within walking distance or a 2-minute drive (bakery, produce market, pharmacy, doctors’ offices, petrol station, newsstand, dry cleaner and laundromat, mini-mart, brasserie, and pizzeria).
An 8-km drive from major shopping centers and drive-thru stores.
Beaches are 6 km away, along with numerous recreational activities (scuba diving, jet skiing, canoeing, windsurfing, hiking, lake activities, etc.).

- Fully equipped open-concept kitchen: refrigerator with small freezer compartment, electric hob, range hood, combination microwave oven, coffee maker (Nespresso or Dolce Gusto capsules or ground coffee), toaster, kettle, blender), with worktop and 2 stools
- Living room with TV, 140 quick-release sofa bed with an 18cm mattress, built-in closets, and ironing board and iron.
- Large shower room with toilet, washing machine, hair dryer, space heater, and storage,
- Terrace with table, chairs, and lounge chairs. Weber charcoal grill.

Le studio est très bien situé par rapport au centre du village. Très belle terrasse et état impeccable de la location. L'accueil était également très cordial.

Appartement neuf

Appart bien situé à quelques kilomètres d ajaccio. Endroit calme malgré quelques survol d avions. Propriétaires très gentils habitent au dessus..je conseille.
