Whilst trying to put our code into the door my husband who was outside saw 2 people buying drugs on the street and then snorting up on the road. We did not stay at this property as we couldn't get in ( we calked and emailed, apparently they were avaliable until 22h30 but noone answered, when I asked about the key it was just a message. No human contact!)and weren't happy with the area. There was no parking. You had to pay so we wasted 3.60€ for nothing! Very unhappy and very annoyed. We are asking fir a refund as the experience was awful on our last night of our holidats we decamoed to the mercure hotel whuch was 30€ more but fanrastic!!

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Séjour catastrophique, la propreté des logements étaient à désirer. Sol sale, moisissure dans la douche,cheveux et poil dans le lavabo. Quand nous sommes arrivés le logement n'était même pas prêt ,les draps et serviettes des précédents locataires étaient encore là,il y avait un radiateur a même le sol. Sans parler du fait qu'il y avait une autre réservation du logement sur notre réservation à nous.
