DIRECT OCEAN VIEW BALCONY-New pool!!!!
Our studio condo is bigger than most hotel rooms with 530 square feet. One bed is a queen murphy bed and the other a queen hide a bed. If you have 4 adults it will be a tight fit, like staying in a double queen hotel room. But it has a full kitchen and a direct ocean front balcony. Just an FYI to make sure we meet your expectations.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED and support animal documentation from a PHYSICIAN will need to be provided for review.

Our hope is to keep an oceanfront stay affordable and host guests that appreciate the balcony view, easy beach access, full kitchen and many other amenities. As you can see by our reviews, we have had many happy guests. We hope you will be our next!

My cousin has lived in Daytona for over 20 years and I live in Colorado. I found that I was visiting so often that a condo on the beach was an obvious choice. There is so much to do in Daytona! We feel very lucky to have our condo on the beach and hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do!

My cousin Laurie is local-only 10 minutes away from the condo. If you should need anything, even a place to park a bike trailer, she will be available to help out!
