Casa Blanca, built in the mid 60’s, has been renovated to today’s modern standards with a mid-century flair. The private grounds have been beautifully landscaped with a stunning swimming pool, massive deck, detached pool house/office with outdoor shower and porch swing bed, and a beautiful lawn.
Casa Blanca welcomes you with an abundance of natural light and an open floor plan. Expansive bifold patio windows connect you with the outside for truly seamless open-air living. Dine al fresco, take a dip in the modern solar heated swimming pool, sunbathe on the chaise lounges, fire up the BBQ, play croquet or cornhole on the lovely lawn, and lounge on the outdoor sofa with a glass of wine.
This 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom (plus an outdoor shower) home has one king bed in the master, two twin XLs in the second bedroom (that can easily be converted into a King), and a Queen-size Murphy bed in the third bedroom. The third bedroom can also be used as a den or office. The master bedroom and the third bedroom both have full ensuite bathrooms with double sinks.
The house is fully furnished and equipped with a gourmet kitchen and bar seating as well as a dining area that seats up to 6. Or dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table that can seat up to 10. The house is equipped with high speed Wi-Fi and a large flat screen television. There is A/C and a full size washer/dryer. The outdoors is fully outfitted with 6 comfy chaise lounges, sun umbrellas, outdoor sofas and chairs, large dining table, and a gas bbq grill. The charming downtown of Sonoma is the perfect starting point. Stroll among historic buildings, tasting rooms, and restaurants at Sonoma Plaza—the heartbeat of downtown. Or hop in the car and drive minutes to one of countless exceptional wineries.
