Beautiful lake home on Sinclair with 100 feet of shoreline. You may find a cheaper vacation home but we don’t believe you will find a better one. Three levels for tons of entertaining space. Custom built with vaulted ceilings, master suite on the main, great room, dining room and kitchen are all open concept. The main floor and outdoor area are wheelchair accessible. Oversized porch on the lakeside for outdoor dining. Two guest bedrooms upstairs with bath, one bedroom with bath on the terrace level with game room, media room and large bar for entertaining. Double boat house with a max dock and boat house deck. Large open lakeside yard for fun and games. Large concrete driveway. Near Goat Island. Relax while enjoying a meal from the grill. There is a maximum size dock on the “big water” to enjoy fishing, kayaking, canoeing, boating and swimming. The house rules include NO UNDERAGE DRINKING, no illicit drugs or illegal activities, respect the neighbors and do not violate any noise ordinances or local laws. Please remember that sound carries across the lake. No loud music or excessive noise outside after 10:00 pm. If you use the dock or surrounding area, do not touch the boats or boat lifts. By using the dock area, guest acknowledge they are responsible for their own safety and that the owners take no liability for individuals’ safety while on the dock. Cleaning Fee is for a normal cleaning time of 2 maids for 4 hours. Additional cleaning will be charged at $50 per hour. Schedule permitting, if guest are able to run the house towels through the washer and dryer before departure, it would be greatly appreciated. You are responsible to take the trash to the dump since we do not have garbage pickup in our county.
