With convenient access to the Strip, airport, and freeways, your unforgettable Las Vegas adventure awaits! But before you book, please be sure to review the house rules: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 10am, during which time the pool and spa must not be used, outdoor lights must be off, and outdoor music or noise that may disturb neighbors is prohibited. Please note that noise monitors are in place to ensure compliance, and unauthorized noise may result in eviction without refund. Additionally, for your safety and security, there is a camera at the front door to monitor comings and goings. Check-in information will be provided on the morning of your arrival, so be sure to check your email for all the details you'll need for your amazing stay. We look forward to hosting you!

Quiet hours are from 10pm-10am. There is no use of the pool or spa or any outdoor lights during these hours. Failure to comply will result in eviction with no refund.

Gas heat for the pool is available at $95 a day, with a two day minimum. Payment must be received prior to pool heat being turned on. The days must be consecutive. Pool heat takes 24 hours to fully heat the pool up. During winter months, it could be longer due to freezing temperatures at night.

Visit Henderson

Nice home needs some upgrades in bedroom furniture desk. And chairs . Not all bathrooms have fan . Very irritant alarm from using patio door when entering from outside unable to stop the alarm ( told its local ordinance) that noise cancels all the effort that is made to keep the neighborhood quiet in evening hours . Construction occurring both in front and back of the house which was not mentioned during rental causing continuous noise.

Clean, Comfortable with lots of room. Paid to have the pool heated but I wouldn't recommend it in January. Great Stay!

Very clean and comfortable

Excellent location, close to shopping. Very nice neighborhood. House was so nice, large rooms especially bedrooms. Very modern and clean. We had a small group but the house could comfortably handle a large group. I was surprised at how nice it was!

Fantastic Spot, Great Service

We really enjoyed this place. We stayed for three weeks while working in town and everything about the home, the neighborhood, and the location was perfect. Very easy to get into downtown and plenty in the immediate area to keep you busy if you'd rather stay out of the mayhem of the city. The communication from the owner was excellent. Check-in and check-out was straight forward and very simple. We would certainly stay here again.
