About this property

A charming, air-conditioned house nestled between the sea and the Verdon Gorges

The place
Pourrières, a pretty Provençal village at the foot of the Ste Victoire mountain and in the heart of the vineyards of Provence.
It is 25 minutes from Aix en Provence, 50 minutes from Marseille and the beaches of Cassis or La Ciotat and 1h15 from the Verdon gorges or the Esparron lake.
The house
*On the ground floor, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom and 2 air-conditioned bedrooms.
*Upstairs, which you access by a wooden staircase, there is a bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet as well as a mezzanine area with 1 additional bed (on request).

There is 1 AC in the house in front of the entrance to the upstairs bedroom which helps to refresh the mezzanine space and the bedroom.
Outside:
- a wooded plot of about 2300m2
- An 8x4 swimming pool secured by an alarm. It is heated to keep the water at a minimum of 26° in July and August. The pool is treated with salt.
- A terrace with parasol, table, chairs, deckchairs and deckchairs
- A gas barbecue.

Special feature:
A studio adjoining the house occupied. Everything is completely independent between the studio and the house. The swimming pool and the land in front of the house are exclusively reserved for holidaymakers.

Jolie maison agréable

Séjour fort sympathique. Maison bien équipée, vous pourrez profiter du calme et de la belle piscine bien entretenue. La propriétaire est très réactive si besoin.
