It features an entrance hall, an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto a very bright living/dining room with a sofa bed, a small bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, a mezzanine with a bunk bed (two 90x190cm beds), and a bathroom with a toilet.
The highlight of this apartment is the breathtaking view of the ocean and the Courant River, which you can enjoy over a meal with family or friends.
The apartment has a free private parking space within the residence.
