Beautiful new penthouse with a breathtaking and unique view of Cagliari.
A new penthouse with a breathtaking view of Cagliari. Situated at walking distance from Basilica di Bonaria, the apartment is composed by: one bedroom, one bathroom, one open kitchen and a very large loft room with an extra sofa bed. The apartment is on the 6th floor with elevator up the 5th floor and has a short staircase (25 steps) to access apartment. All around the apartment there is 100 sq.m wooden floor terrace, from which you have a wonderful view of Cagliari, equipped with dining table, 6 chairs, light, hammock and open air Jacuzzi . The apartment is fully equipped with large LCD TV, hi-fi stereo system, bluetooth speakers for smartphones and tablets, wi-fi, hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine,air conditioning, BBQ. Bed linen and towels are provided.
During the period from november to april the open air Jacuzzi is an extra service at a cost of €. 15,00 per day, you have to ask for it.

Free parking in front of the apartment and a toll parking five minutes from it.
Bonaria is a quiet residential district of Cagliari, two minute walk from the Basilica of Bonaria, the most important Marian shrine of Sardinia for the Catholic Church.
In the district there are all the facilities a short distance from the house and it is a 15 minute walk from the city center.
Bus stops are located in Via Milano, 2 minutes walk from the apartment, you can reach the Poetto in a few minutes or the city center. Tickets are on sale by the kiosk located in front of the church of Bonaria.
From 01/07/2021, the Municipality of Cagliari introduced a tourist tax of €2 per person per night during the 1st, 2nd, and 4th quarters of the year, and €3 per person per night during the 3rd quarter, for a maximum of 5 nights.
The tax can be paid in cash on site.

Wonderful Views, good location
Nice area, flat had a nice terrace with great views. Everything clean with well equipped kitchen area. If you can find a space the parking is free on street in front of the block. There is a bus stop close by with good bus service into the centre of Cagliari.

Photos offer a true picture. Bedroom air conditioning was problematical. Good location and handy bus
Good reception and introduction by Emanuela's brother. Apartment's best attraction is the large terrace which is well equipped. Good sunshades (essential!). Interior is open and unfussy. Kitchen is well equipped. Cagliari centre is walkable but best to use the cheap and frequent bus service.

One of a kind!
This apartment was fabulous and even better than the photos portrayed. The panorama from the deck is jaw-dropping. The apartment was clean and well equipped and the hostess was a great communicator. The apartment is in a safe, nice neighborhood but not particularly close to many restaurants or shops. We did not mind having to venture a little further to dine out because the apartment is so wonderful.

Mit das Beste, was man in Cagliari mieten kann.
Die sehr ruhige Lage, der einzigartige Ausblick, die üppige Größe der Dachterrasse und ein top zuverlässiger Vermieter (Alessandro) machen die La Terrazza di Olimpia zu einer der exklusivsten und besten Adressen in Cagliari. Nicht günstig, aber jeden Cent wert.
Vom äußeren Erscheinungsbild des Gebäudes und des Aufgangs vom 5. (Lift) in den 6. Stock darf man nicht enttäuscht sein, weil das Appartement selbst für alles entschädigt. Schöner geht es nicht.
Man sollte allerdings bedenken, es sei der höchste Punkt in diesem Wohngebiet und damit auf der Terrasse auch mal sehr windig. Weiterer Vorteil: Der Vermieter wohnt direkt unterhalb und ist bei Bedarf zügig greifbar.
Danke an Alessandro und Emanuela für eine lange und unvergesslich schöne Zeit in deren Appartement.

Just Wonderful
We had a wonderful time in the amazing apartment in Calgari. The apartment is very well equipped. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The terrasse is a dream. Sunny, super view, relaxing jacuzzi.
We enjoyed it to have such a wonderful place to stay - so the rainy days had been no problem for us as we could feel home in Terrazza di Olmypia.
Next time in Calgari we would come again in this super home.

A beautiful place
Everything about this apartment was just right - the beautiful view, the well appointed comfortable rooms, the hospitality and attention to the smallest details from our friendly hosts and the flocks of pink flamingo flying by each evening as we sipped cocktails on the lovely terrace.

Lovely Sea View Apartment with 360 degree terrace
This was our first time in Sardinia and the apartment is fantastic. You have a great 360 degree view. The apartment is as described on the pictures and you can enjoy the sun to the fullest from the lovely terrace. Everything you need is provided and even more. We could try wine from a chosen wine selecetion that Emanuelas brother introduced us to. Moreover, the hot tub is a real gem on this terrace and made the evenings even more enjoyable. If you are chasing to see the flamingos the terrace is a great spot. Emanuela is a great host and gave us valuable tips for Sardinia. When coming back to Cagliaria this is the place to stay.

très bel appartement
séjour enchanteur, appartement conforme à la description ,décoré avec le bon goût de la propriétaire,fonctionnel ,vue extraordinaire en prenant un jacuzzi sur cette superbe terrasse.
grande accessibilité aux transports en commun facilite les déplacements a 10 minutes a pieds du centre de la ville .
La propriétaire est accueillante ,elle veille scrupuleusement à la propreté de l'appartement qui était nickel.
son frère Alexandro parle le français ce qui est un plus et il réponds facilement au téléphone pour des explications si vous avez un petit souci
Nous recommandons cette location pour découvrir la ville de cagliari

Vue fantastique sur la baie a proximité de via roma
Très agréable appartement lumineux entouré d'une vaste terrasse avec jacuzzi hamac offrant une vue splendide sur la baie et le port, sur les hauteurs de l'abbaye de Bonaria a 20 minutes a pieds de via Roma et du Castello.
L'accueil d'Emanuela et Alessandro est plein d'attentions. N'hésitez pas à profiter de la cave a vins personnelle. Les vins de Sardaigne sont bien choisis et au juste prix.

Parfait !!! Appartement tres agréable , terrasse magnifique
Nous avons passé 9 jours tres agréables dans l'appartement !!! La vue de la terrasse est très belle , nous sommes un couple avec un bébé de 16 mois , l'appartement et la terrasse sont très bien adaptés pour la situation, nous avons pu profité du soleil dans les transats ou dans le jaccuzi pendant que la petite faisait ses siestes au calme et au frais dans la chambre. Tout est conforme aux photos de l'annonce.... Emanuela et Alessandro nous ont tout préparé pour notre arrivée ( bouteille de vin , bouteille d'eau , petite piscine pour le bébé ). La situation geographique est très bien , le bus pour le centre ville est juste en bas avec seulement 5 min de bus pour le centre ville et 10 min de bus pour la plage du poetto, je recommande vivement cet appartement !!!! Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !!!!

Gorgeous roof top apartment
We had a relaxing week in this beautiful modern rooftop apartment. It is accurately described on website. Very clean and comfortable, with all amenities, including WiFi and Sky TV. The large terrace with beautiful views was a suntrap, with fabulous hot tub and very nice patio furniture. Friendly helpful owners who were happy to assist us if necessary. Short walk to city centre and marina area, but bus stop is only a few minutes walk from apartment and bus service is very regular. We would definitely recommend this property. Only problem would be if you could not manage to walk up final flight of stairs after taking lift to 5th floor.
