2100 square foot spacious waterfront lagoon property. One of closest lagoons to the bay, just 5 minutes and you are cruising in the bay. Large living room with great light. Open space kitchen with large table that seats up to 10. Additional second living area space upstairs if you desire a quiet retreat. This house has 5 bedrooms. (A large master bedroom is on first floor and with 4 large bedrooms upstairs.) Downstairs has full bathroom that is handicap accessible. Upstairs has 1 full bath with tub/shower and ½ bathroom. 50’ of Great Dock area with a Wave runner floating dock, and room for 2 boats. You can go boating, crabbing, swimming and kayaking off the dock into this dead end lagoon. Over 900 square foot of spectacular outdoor decks accessible with sliding glass doors from first and second floors which are great for entertaining and enjoying beautiful sunsets and views of Atlantic City. Grill provided and parking for 5 cars. Large Outdoor Shower. Just 5 minutes from the Long Beach Island beaches. Ideal place to share with 1 or 2 families. Sleeps 12. Ceiling fans in every room. Central Air. Minimum rental age limit is 25 years old. No prom groups.

Great getaway in Beach Haven West

I stayed here with my spouse and two kids for a holiday getaway. The property was great — lots of space, very clean, and had all the essentials. The location is convenient to Manahawkin and LBI. Would definitely stay here again!

The home was perfect for our family. We have a large family and there was room for all. The home was equipped with everything and the furniture was very comfortable. Great place, on the water

We loved the location and our rental. We are a family of 12 and we all slept comfortably. The place was very clean. Wish it was closer to the summer so that we could have used the canel in the backyard more. The grandkids did brave the cold water and had loads of fun sliding into the water. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to New Jersey. Thanks to Pam, our property manager for a great stay,.

Wonderful!

Stayed for a long weekend for a family wedding. Couldn't have gone any better. Check-in and out was seamless and property was better than advertised. Weather was great so we spent a lot of time on the beautiful deck catching up with family and friends. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the large kitchen and dining area for breakfast. Our host was spectacular and was ALWAYS quick to answer any questions and even gave us tips on things to do in the area. A wonderful stay! Thanks Pam!

Spacious beautiful house

The house was excellent for our family of 8. Very spacious, excellent location, beautiful bay and outdoor spaces, comfortable beds and second living room was great. Great communication with host. With new flooring it would be a 10!

Beautiful home and location

Beautiful home and spacious. However, definitely needed to be cleaned better. Also needs some touch ups to make it even better. Overall, a fair house. Would rent again if cleaning is improved and some things like the carpets are replaced and paint redone.

Fine location incredibly unclean house

Everyone who stayed with us ended up with allergy symptoms. The carpets were all stained. The screens were ripped. The shade on the doors had stains. The room we stayed in had items pouring out of open closet doors (cushions, pillows) and had men’s underwear hanging on a hanger. The decking all had mold growing under the railing. There were no linens of any kind included. The sponge in the sink was molded. I have a 3yo and 8 month old and did not feel comfortable with either of them on the floors. Could be a nice house if it was cleaned.

Great family house!

We had a wonderful Christmas week-end as a family thanks to the space of the kitchen, the living and dining area which allowed us for social-distancing when needed. It is a great place for a family to stay with everything needed and probably even better during the summer season to enjoy the porches and the water slide.

Spacious home in excellent location

I was in the area for work and found this home perfect for our stay. The kitchen is spacious, there are plenty of bedrooms, and the back porches give you great views of the canal. The canal gives you direct access to Barnegat Bay but is also protected from the wind and waves of the open bay.

Daughter’s Baby Shower

The house was perfect for our stay. We were out of town guests that all came together for our family event. We were able to spend time and eat together and enjoy each other’s company. The house layout was perfect. We would love to return in the summer!

Good place recommended

Great experience overall. The place was clean and the area was nice too. I liked that the heat was set to a comfortable 70ㅇ instead of 55/60 that we usually walk into when the place is unoccupied. Positive we’re very spacious. Lot of sitting area dining area had enough chairs. There was a game area which was nice especially for younger kids. The lighting was excellent. There were lights everywhere from traditional lamps to ceiling lights. All the appliances worked no issues. Wifi worked well no issues. Beds were comfortable. Some of the stuff was outdated but everything worked!! Amazing view of the bay right in your decks!! Thanks!!

Family Wedding

My family and I were staying in Beach Haven West for a family wedding for the weekend. We enjoyed our stay - the house was very roomy, especially the kitchen area. The rooms were perfect for us and the number of bathrooms was good, considering we all had to take showers and get dressed up at the same time. Our only regret was that it was December and not summertime!

Fantastic getaway home

This property was exactly as advertised and had an even nicer layout than you can tell from the photos. The first floor has two entrances between the kitchen/dining room and the living room, which gave it a more open feel, and allowed for better circulation and a great visit with our extended family. The location is convenient to all of the stores in Manahawkin. I really appreciated that the house was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. David was very helpful with communication before our stay. We would definitely rent this place again, and hope to do so soon!

Girl’s weekend

We had 6 women staying in the rental for the weekend. Although the weather was not terrific the house was big enough that we could relax and enjoy our time together. We found some great restaurants in the area and enjoyed our weekend.

The house was nice and roomy, perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. Big kitchen & big decks were perfect for relaxing and hanging out with our family. House was well equipped with all of the necessities. We were in town for a family wedding and had an amazing time!
