Nestled in the heart of the Trois Pignons Forest, you’ll fall in love with this barn that’s been completely renovated to accommodate 4 guests. A charming little cottage, bathed in light, in a peaceful setting, surrounded by a garden perfect for playing or relaxing with the family.

This charming barn features a living room with a sofa and dining table that opens through a large picture window onto a 400-square-meter private garden. The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle.
A bedroom on the ground floor features a double bed. The bathroom is located on the ground floor. The second bedroom, which has two single beds, is also located on the ground floor.
The garden features a large built-in barbecue, lounge chairs, and a table for enjoying lunch or dinner in the shade of the pine trees.
The barn is located on the same property as our house, which we also occasionally rent out. The two entrances are completely separate; the gardens are private and do not connect. No spaces are shared except for the parking area.

The property is a 5-minute walk from numerous hiking trails in the 3 Pignons Forest and its rock-climbing sites. It’s 15 minutes from the famous artists’ village of Barbizon and 20 minutes from Fontainebleau
