Quiet neighborhood. You get a small glimpse of the lake that is 2 houses away. Hot tub was great. House is a trailer and it was comfortable enough since we only really used it to sleep in. Host was very helpful
The property was clean, and very convenient to all that we wanted to do. We did not use the hot tub as we weren't interested in that. Overall a great week's stay. Pics of the lake views on the site need updating to reflect actual views. It was my only disappointment as it was a factor in selecting this rental.

Last resort to stay
The cleanliness seemed fine but the structure of trailer seemed to have signs of damage in the past,no lights around hot tub, couldn’t see steps getting out of it,,,and although it was unusually hot there was no coolness in living room and middle bedroom, and I would also suggest an up to date toaster, bagels had to be pried out of it and had to eat burnt, all in all the host was very easy to communicate wth, any questions were answered quickly and to the point
The house was very clean and welcoming. Perfect for a quick weekend get away. We loved the hot tub and the short walk down the road to the water. A really nice diner right up the road for breakfast and close to all the wineries. Highly recommend!
Wild Flower Cottage was the perfect place for a winter weekend getaway. The hot tub was great despite the cold, and we were warm and cozy indoors when it snowed! The owners were kind and very responsive which was very helpful upon arrival/departrure. And having our pup with us was an added treat! If you are looking for a quaint and cozy cottage this is the perfect place!

Lara we're delighted that you had a wonderful time at the Wild Flower. You were real troopers coming at a time of low temps and snow, and you displayed much grace in dealing with it. Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your experience. Hope to see you again. Best regards, Pat and Brenda
Great location near wineries and hiking trails. Very comfortable and clean mobile home. Views of the lake do not match images on site.

Respectful guests. It was a pleasure having you stay at our cottage. Not sure what you're referring to on the images. All photos were taken at this cottage and at different times of the year. This is a lake view cottage, very close to the lake, on an acre of land. You may want to consider trying one of our other cottages that are lake front. Thank you for staying with us.

Great weekend even if Curveball was cancelled!
Perfect little getaway. Private and clean, close to the lake. I've stayed in this place 2x before and other properties which Pat and Brenda own, they are the best! If you are looking for a nice weekend at seneca lake, look up the Savannah House and see what they have to offer!

Spring Weekend Getaway
My husband and I treated our daughter and her fiance to a weekend on Seneca lake. We found Brenda and Pat to be very accommodating and the rooms were extremely nice, very clean and had a very nice lake view, plus centrally located along Seneca Lake. We will be visiting them again in May, and are truly looking forward to it.

Great place to spend a week
Just spent a terrific week here with my family. A great place if you have a small child, within walking distance of a playground (and ice cream), and a short drive from a number of attractions in the finger lakes. My only complaint would be I wish the owners had provided a little more instruction about the place (maybe a binder in the property) but it was a very small worry. A great way to spend a vacation!

Clean, quiet, and close to everything.
The cabin is well kept and clean. A full kitchen, dishes and flatware, Wi-Fi, Jacuzzi, and a selection of good books make the cabin a comfortable place to spend time.
For days when you want to get out, it is close to the Keuka trail, Kashong reserve, Seneca Lake, several wineries, and restaurants, Geneva and Penn Yan. Being able to have our dogs with us was also wonderful.

Easy wine trail access and Lake View
Location was as described, close to the lake but not lake access. Check-in and out were smooth, host was responsive to any questions. We used this space minimally while enjoying the wine trails which are easily accessible. Could use a deep clean, but no issues and the hot tub was lovely.

Thank you for sharing your experience and staying at our cottage. We're glad you had a good time and we hope to see you again sometime. We have superb housekeepers and our cottages are known for their excellent cleanliness. Each winter we do a deep cleaning and make necessary repairs and improvements. Your hot tub, a major expense for example, was brand new a couple weeks before you arrived. At this time of year, our cottages have seen a great deal of usage, but we don't know specifically what the issue was here. Comments written or oral, are what we rely on to correct any issues. Again, we appreciate your comments.
This was a perfect little place to getaway and be able to bring our two dogs with us. Just minutes away from quaint villages to visit, shop and grab a bite to eat. Very relaxing to escape real day to day responsibility. End with a great hot tub dip, would do again.

OK property. Not nearly as close to the lake as expected. Definitely needs some upgrading.

This property is advertised as 'lake view', not 'lake front'. It is 100yds from the lake. Every once in a while someone rents it expecting to use it like it was lake front. Most guests are very pleased to be able to be that close to the lake and also be able to access the lake. Obviously this guest expected more. We were pleased to have these guests nonetheless.
The cottage/trailer was as described. A little dated as the pictures show but the cheapest option I could find in the area with a hot tub. It suited what we wanted just fine. Nothing fancy but the owners are accommodating and the in house massages were amazing. It was perfect for a weekend get away to relax and close to many attractions.
Thanks so much for the opportunity and place to stay.
