This custom built cabin is located on a one-of-a-kind, wooded 5 acre property located just 2 miles from the Hamilton Pool Preserve and Reimers Ranch for Hiking, Swimming, Bike Riding, Rock Climbing, kayaking and more. It's within 15 minutes of local breweries, wineries and great places to eat. You can relax creek side on the porch, hammock, by the fire pit and grill out or take advantage of all the outdoor activities and amenities in the area.

The cabin is perfect: well-equipped, wonderfully decorated, and private. It's located close to Reimers Ranch Park (rock climbing!). We came to this area to get a bit of winter climbing.Robin is a wonderful host. She gave us great recommendations for places to eat and things to do nearby! We hope to come back!

The cabin was clean, well-maintained, and well-stocked with all your needs e.g., dishes, kitchenware, towels, flashlight, etc. The host was very communicative and friendly throughout our stay. We rented this property for our family spring break trip. It was absolutely amazing and my kids (4 & 13) had a ton of fun. I will say that the creek was dried up (owner let us know beforehand) but that did not stop us from exploring the dried creekbed and rocks. Both of my kids loved the bedroom loft with the ladder. My 4 yr old was quite cautious the first time up and down, but quickly got the hang of it and had no issues the rest of our trip. I personally really enjoyed sitting on the porch, lounging in the hammock, and sitting in the various chairs around the property. So many amazing views. It is so peaceful and having no signal was really a plus!! The kitchen is small but mighty! We cooked constantly while we were there and they have everything you need! The drive into town was about 30 mins (one way) but easy to navigate to get to HEB. There are multiple nature preserves and river access points in the area, a couple quite close. We did not try those out this time, but will be in the future! Keep droughts and burn bans in mind. If the creek or fire pit are a make or break for you, ask the owners before booking. They are super nice and helpful. Overall, we had a great time! Truly an amazing property.

Great cabin in a beautiful setting.

Even with the creek dry we had a lovely relaxing stay. Loved the porch with the view of woods, creek & up the hill. Beds are comfortable, WiFi is good & kitchen has everything you need. Looking forward to staying again after the drought. BBQ grill & fire pit w/wood on property. Would like to mention there is an Italian restaurant only on 20 minutes away with great pizza!

Nice house and very private. But we got flooded in the weekend we went, so it’s not ideal if you’re wanting to stay indoors. The TV was so high on wall it was not enjoyable to watch. Space was very limited and would suggest less than 4 people for this house.

It’s unfortunate that all of your outdoor plans were ruined due to the rain that weekend, however, you were never flooded in and could’ve taken advantage of various indoor activity ideas that I gave you to do. With so much loss of life and property that weekend in the Hill Country, I’m glad that your biggest complaint was the TV was mounted too high on the wall. I’m really surprised that you would give us such a low rating due to the weather, which is out of our control. I think our 145 five star reviews should speak for itself.
