VATICAN - SAN PIETRO area apartment
Delightful completely renovated apartment, adjacent to via Piccolomini at the height of the terrace which offers the most beautiful view of Rome over San Pietro, in a residential area a few bus stops from the basilica of San Pietro, without parking problems.
The owners Andrea and Michela who love Rome and find refuge as soon as they have the opportunity, want to share their home with guests who can therefore find all the comforts and atmosphere of a living and inhabited home.
On the ground floor, a large living area with sofa bed overlooks the property garden, with large windows and a play of lights that in the evening help to create continuity between the outdoor and indoor spaces.
A small dining area and a modern kitchenette complete with dishwasher.
The master bedroom, overlooks the back of the garden, which enjoys a few hours of sunshine in the morning and then is in the shade, helping to maintain a pleasant temperature. The selected linen is refined.
The outdoor area is very large and very pleasant for a breakfast in the garden, well protected and sheltered from glances and noise.
We only ask that guests enjoy our home and all that it offers, but with respect.

The property was well located had lots of room and beautiful windows all around. The kitchen is well equipped, the air conditioning worked well, this shops nearby really enjoyed our stay and will be back hopefully one day.

Fantastic Rome Getaway

Very well appointed and comfortable and very clean and great views of St Peters Basilica. Easy access in/out of the city center. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great and comfortable place to stay during your trip to Rome!!

Apartment offered great space, was very neat and tidy, with washing machine / dryer, a welcome change from smaller apartments or hotel rooms.We suggest guests pre-book online bus passes otherwise lots of walking or uber required to touristic areas. Bus stop is very close.

Rome stay

The property was super. We did however have a bit of trouble with the door locks but only because we were not familiar with that type. It is a very secure area. The owner was excellent and always answered my many questions quickly. We would highly recommend this property.

The apartment is fabulous, lots of space, very clean with a very comfortable bed and great bathroom. The host was very helpful and friendly, she gave lots of help and advice regarding transport links, shops etc. There is a fabulous view of St Peter's at the end of the road and the bus stop is very close by. The apartment is in a residential area, so very peaceful, away from the hustle & bustle of the city. Highly recommended

Great Location.

Our Family stayed 10 days at Andrea’s place. The location was amazing for access to all the major site seeing locations throughout Rome. The flats in great shape and sleeps 4 comfortably. Big back patio/yard area with washing machine was nice with the long stay. Great price for a treat place.

Very nice place

Quiet, clean and comfortable appartment in a strategic point of Rome, if you have a car it is the best place without any parking problems and connected with the right roads to get to the centre and tourist places. Easy check-in and check-out, Host always kind and helpful.

Our host Andrea was extremely communicative and hospitable. The apartment was clean and stocked with necessary items (i.e. paper towels, towels, toilet paper). Very close to Vatican and not too far of a walk to Trastevere! Overall wonderful experience.

Amazing Place for Rome

The apartment was very clean and in a great location. It was very close to the bus station and the bus system was easy to use. Andrea was great to work with. I would definitely stay there again if we ever visit Rome again! Great place!

Quiet flat in noisy Rom.

Modern, clean and quiet flat with everything you need. Vatican is in walking distance or you take the bus close to the flat. The bus also brings you to all the other important sights. After a noisy day in Rom you can relax in the garden. The hosts are friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Andrea was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. My husband and teen daughter and I had a lovely stay! Bus 982 stops just up the street and gets you to just about anywhere. But was also fun to walk too! Would stay again someday!

Short Family Trip to Rome

The apartment is located really nice. The beautiful parc is near by and you are able to walk into the city center. The area around is nice, quite and a safe place to stay. We traveled with 2 little children and we loved the terrace and garden to be outside. The apartment was clean and we had everything we needed for a nice stay in Rome. Thanks Andrea for having us. Very nice apartment

It was a very pleasent experience to be in this apartment. It is exactly as in the pictures. Although, for those who will be there during the raining seasons, during the night the rain can be annoyinh as the impact of the rain on the windows is very loud. Also it would be nice to have a microwave. Thank you.

Great Rental

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. We were a 25 minute walk from Vatican City. We were very comfortable staying and was happy to have a washing machine on site. The back patio with the lovely plants was nice to have as well. Andrea was very helpful with all our questions. We recommend this apartment!
