The Villa is built on Own gardens of 4500 m2, Surrounded by pine trees that make it Very Private and only for the use of the guests of the Mansion.
Has two sliding access gates with remote control , to enter directly with the car to the interior parking of the property.
The whole Villa has its own style, which goes from the Caribbean, Polynesia and Modern décor.

Specially designed using unusual materials, such as sea shells in the bathrooms that act as faucets and showers, without divisions or doors in the bathrooms of the suites.
Everything is different than what you imagine as standard house! Ideal for 2 couples or families up to 7 peoples, who want to enjoy their privacy in a dream place, unique and different.
The Mansion, the pool and its gardens are for Exclusive and Private Use for guests.
The pool is 15 mts long x 5 mts wide suitable for swimming.
In the pool area there is a deck with lounge chairs, lounge area with semi-covered armchairs with Ciroc tube heating.
Wood-burning "Fogón" with night lighting, outdoor shower and 2 outdoor bathrooms.
Inside , there is a stainless steel wood-fired grill to enjoy the typical Argentine "Asado" ( BBQ ) no weather problems !
The kitchen is Johnson, very complete with crockery, with marble countertop that makes breakfast bar, steel fridge with freezer, gas stove of 6 burners, also oven to microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.
In the living area there is a wood-burning home surrounded by large bamboo armchairs.
Also has a Sony Home Theatre area with projector and armchairs specially arranged to watch movies or videos (Bring your notebook, pendrive or DvD's)
Desktop area suitable for working with notebooks.
The two suites are climbing different stairs, one in the north wing and one in the south wing of the Mansion.
The main beds in each suite are king size. (If you need there are extra beds).
There are also several armchairs and day beds in the living area on the ground floor.
