Fantastic experience

Great Property, Location, and Owners!

We stayed at this property for the first time in July 2022 and it was perfect!! It was super clean, updated, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect (just minutes from the beach) and beautiful views from inside. The owner was amazing to deal with - very responsive and helpful! Awesome Myrtle Beach Accomodations

From the moment we walked into this cute, spacious condo, I knew we were home for the week. It was clean, fully stocked kitchen with all our cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc. for the week. Had to climb steps two levels to third floor but we got our steps in every day and was worth every step. Would love to book this place again if our budget allows during this retirement chapter of our lives. Great job to VRBO and our hosts!!!

Ocean View Bargain!

This was our first time going to Myrtle Beach and this will not be our last! The condo was very clean and had everything you needed to make yourself right at home. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo so you and your guests have lots of privacy. We used the pool everyday and night. The condo grounds are very well kept and very quiet! The beach is literally right across the street! Location, location, location. Bill was very helpful when we were having trouble getting onto the WiFi and got back to us right away. We will be for sure returning to this amazing condo with amazing views! Couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay.

Perfect for our family of 4!

Our family drove in from Indiana and are happy to report that we had a beautiful, peaceful vacation! We would not hesitate to rent this unit again! Bill was always prompt in correspondence and the process was easy as one would hope. We were pleasantly surprised that the condo was even nicer than we thought when looking at the photos. Hear me: we thought it looked nice for our visit, but there were updates not in the photos on the listing, such as the master bathroom/newly tiled shower; nice, soft carpet in both bedrooms, etc. The condo had everything we needed and I don't recall a time during the week that we said, "Oh I wish we had this..." There were a lot of pros to the condo itself and the general location in Myrtle Beach. With two kids (ages 4 & 3) it was a short & easy walk across the road to the beach; this beach access has a men's & women's bathroom which was super convenient for young kids (so we didn't have to walk back to the condo); and the beach itself was never overwhelmed with people. Additionally, being situated on a dead end road made for low traffic and it felt less "touristy" if that's something you're looking for. We also really appreciated only being 5 minutes from a Super Wal-Mart/Kroger as well as restaurants, shops, etc. The condo offered up a huge chest of beach toys & accessories, friendly neighbors, a nice ocean-view balcony where we enjoyed any meals, and the washer/dryer have now become a necessity in any future VRBO rentals. The condo did not feel cramped for our family and we commented more than once how nice it was to have the two bedrooms on the opposite ends of the unit. We look forward to returning in the future! Nice clean Condo. View of the ocean from the living room and deck. Yes it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator but worked out fine for me. My biggest concern since this was a working visit was to have WIFI good enough to handle all of my work duties. No issues at all with the WIFI. Kitchen had plenty of the cooking things needed which I tend to come up short on when I had a timeshare. Neighbors were friendly and helpful.

My husband and I stayed here for a month while house hunting. The location was convenient, quiet and very close to the beach...which we made sure to enjoy even in November. We decided to book this after reading the reviews and were not disappointed. Description listed on VRBO was accurate. Unit was clean, open, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. All of the information we needed for getting set up was included in the communication from owner before check in. The only reason we didn't stay longer was we needed a place that allowed our pet.

Living in Northeastern Ohio, a trip to the beach was heaven. Enough of the cold and snow, grey and gloomy skies. The dream of owning beach property finally became reality!!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property during one of our relaxing vacations with friends. It became a place to unwind, relax and enjoy everything life has to offer. A stroll on the sand, sounds of the ocean, breath taking views of nature. Yet, just a short drive away are shops, restaurants and entertainment. A bit of something for everyone.

What makes this property unique

We are not in a high traffic area. Shore Drive is only 2 lanes and 3 blocks long. No through traffic. Rt. 17, the main 6 lane thorough fare is 1 mile away, eliminating any traffic noise. Several restaurants/pubs are within walking distance. Ocean Annie's beach bar has daily live entertainment throughout the summer.
