Beautiful home completely renovated on the inside. Only the best was put into this renovation. Home overlooks the widest part of the lake and has a gentle slope down to the waters edge with a large covered dock with swimming platform and swimming ladder. Great mountain views look over the widest part of the lake and wide water views on deep water.

Home is located on a mountain view lot, dock with swim platform and outdoor deck over looking the lake. Fire pit over looks the lake. Hot tub and outdoor ping pong table complete the offering.

We have a pontoon boat that is available for you during your rental from first of April - end of October. Lake levels must be at 1770 to have boat in lake. Please just sign our release of liability form. We do charge a nominal daily fee for maintenance to cover our costs which is not included in the on line quote. The cost is 75.00per night and we do not charge for check in/out day. We also collect a separate $500.00 boat security deposit that we collect before check in and refund at check out. The use of the boat is optional.

Home features a living room, dining area, kitchen combination, queen bedroom and bedroom with two twins that share a bathroom on main level. There is a beautiful stone fireplace in the living room with a wide, expansive deck furnished with a table for 6, comfortable deck furniture and a grill. Two 42' Plasma TV's with High Definition. Satellite TV with numerous premium TV packages.

Downstairs at lake walk out level there is an additional family room area, King MBR with large walk in closet, and beautiful Master Bath. Another 1/2 bath as well and large laundry room.

Home is decorated well and comfortably with everything needed in the kitchen. Granite counter tops. We like to cook and provide everything you need to cook. All GE Profile stainless steel appliances.

We will accept your pets. We understand they are part of the family. Please let us know if you have a pet so that we may cover the extra cleaning. We charge a 50.00 per pet/per stay fee. We do ask that you sign our pet agreement prior to check in. No aggressive breeds considered. If more then one pet, we must approve in writing.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Sheets can be left on beds and towels in shower or bath tub
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Boat can be used between April 1 - October 25th. Boat is not included on the online quote and will be arranged before check in.

Great location, incredible views and a top tier host. We stayed here as a family of 5 and had a blast. The well prepped and organized house, the boat, the paddleboards, the beautiful lake, everything. The host and property manager were extremely friendly and responsive, we hope to stay here again next summer.

Mountain retreat

Great place to spend a few days. Spent most of our time outdoors on the water or deck! The lake is awesome! Blue Ridge and Blairsville are close by so enjoyed a few activities and shopping there as well.

Relaxing stay

Lori's lake house was perfect for our needs. Beautiful home on Lake Nottely that was very clean and had no issues at all. The cove the house sits in was quiet and very peaceful. Having the use of the pontoon boat was a very nice addition to the stay. I would highly recommend the house to anyone!

We loved the property! The house was very comfortable and the location on the lake was perfect. Area is very quiet and a great getaway from the hectic pace of the world. Check-in was seamless and Lori is very responsive. Mike and Heather take care of the property and were onsite within an hour when we had an igniter issue (needed a battery!)with the grill. Mike shared information on the area and the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped (even has a Crock Pot!). The pontoon boat was an added bonus! We will definitely return for a future stay.
