Boathouse - 5 Bedroom Canal House w. Private Pool and Putting Green

Come enjoy all that Island living has to offer in our newly renovated 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home located on a concrete canal at Ocean Isle Beach. The home boasts amazing views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. The private dock provides easy access for boating and fishing. A rare find on Ocean Isle Beach, the home has a private concrete swimming pool with an outdoor living space and gazebo area. The backyard includes an artificial turf putting green designed by Celebrity Greens, for those that enjoy a little extra sport during their vacation. Included in the rental is kayaks, and bicycles for exploring the island. We are located on second street, just one block from the Raeford Street public beach access. The Master Suite includes a King Bed. Three of the other bedrooms have a queen bed. The loft area is designed for all of the first mates in your party. Located on the second floor, the loft includes 3 full size bunk beds and a built in single bunk, a 65 inch TV and gaming system.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash pickup days are Tuesdays and Fridays, please put trash out the night before.
Return all furniture to its original location.
Place used linens in floor of each bedroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets are not allowed due to allergies and personal preferences. Thank you for your understanding.
Check out is at 10:00 a.m. for Saturday to Saturday rentals in the months of June, July, and August due to high volume season.
Renters must be age of 27 or older for liability of the home and golf cart.
