The room has its own bathroom and access to a balcony with an unobstructed view, a closet, and a desk.
Shared access to the kitchen, dining room, living room, and half-bath. A refrigerator, freezer, and oven are available.

15 minutes from Bercy, 7 minutes from François Mitterrand via the RER C.
RER C is a 10-minute walk away; buses stop right outside the building; RER D, buses (TVM, 393, etc.), and Tram 9
