About the host

Hosted by Karen Kendall

Host profile image
Hi my name is Karen Kendall, I have had the pleasure of living in this beautiful coastal town of Mevagissey for the past 35 years but have spent nearly all my life here in Cornwall. My mother in law owns the property and I have been involved in the running of this successful family business since they acquired the property approx 35 years ago. We continue to welcome returning guests year after year and our new guests have been delighted with their holiday choice.

Why they chose this property

Mevagissey has always been a beautiful place to live, work and holiday but it just seems to be improving year on year. The harbour is a year round working fishing port. The village is thriving with lots of activities and festivities for all to join in. There are numerous excellent places to eat and drink, small shops, coastal walks and beaches all just minutes away from this perfectly situated holiday cottage.

What makes this property unique

Situated on the 'sunny side' of Mevagissey Blue Waters is easily accessed and together with its own parking commands an excellent south-facing position just above the harbour. It affords panoramic views out towards Chapel Point, the Bay, and beyond. Just sit in the conservatory and watch the world go by in this relaxing and comfortable holiday home.
