Amplio, limpio y luminoso

Aunque el edificio es antiguo y es un segundo sin ascensor, las escaleras son amplias y con peldaños bajos que resultan muy cómodas de subir. Destaco la tranquilidad de la ubicación, la limpieza y sobre todo, la luminosidad del apartamento. En el salón-cocina tiene ventanas a Este y Oeste, con lo que te aseguras luz natural todo el día y corrientes cruzadas de aire para los días de calor. Las ventanas son aislantes climalit oscilobatientes. La comunicación con el propietario es fácil y fluida, respondiendo rápido a cualquier consulta. Fácil aparcamiento gratuito en la calle.
