To be transparent, Tabatha emailed you the check in and check out instructions June 29th at 10:24 am. So when our staff went in we thought perhaps you walked off with the keys and in hopes of getting in contact with you, began calling and texting. No response. The paper you found did not have any affiliation with our company, and as you also had the key ring with our contact info on it, received check out instructions we did not understand the mix up. Thank you for your stay. We needed to move quickly to make more keys for our guests as instructions were not followed.

Relaxing vacay with family

The condo was beautifully decorated and perfect for our family of 4. The only complaints we had were the pillows need replacing and the comforter on the bed had a food stain on it when we arrived that appeared like it had not been washed after the last occupants had checked out . The bed linens were washed and ready for us to put on when we arrived thankfully. We hope to stay here again! We love Garden City Beach! This condo is well cared for!

Property was perfect for us. Looked exactly like photos. Check in was easy. Felt very safe.Kitchen had everything you needed. Toaster, blender, pots & pans, cups, koozies.. you have it at home, it was there! Bathrooms were clean. Balcony was cute. Plenty of seating & perfect view of beach/ocean. Pool was nice. Lots of seating. Access to the beach was great. If you go down to the beach at 7:30/7:45 to set up your own belongings you can get a spot not far from the entrance. 10/10 would recommend.

Don’t leave anything behind

We accidentally left all our bathing suits in the dryer. 8 Bathing Suits!!!! We realized it when we returned home and called immediately. We left a voice mail and emailed. They emailed back and said anything left was thrown away. I could see if it was 1 suit but 8 new bathing suits? No Grace period. No nothing!!!

Relaxing condo with beautiful view of the ocean

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice seeing the ocean from our balcony. Most of the time the beaches weren't very crowded. The kitchen was well-stocked. Having a washing machine and dryer was very nice. Easy drive to Myrtle Beach area but a much quieter atmosphere than Myrtle Beach which was restful.

The room was fantastic and the view is spectacular. I wish we would have known to not bring the big truck. The parking garage is so tight and it was nearly impossible to find a spot to get in and out of. We ended up parking on the street.
