The house is located on the heights of the village of Veyrier du Lac. It benefits from a breathtaking view of the lake and very good sunshine. The beach of Veyrier du Lac is 600 m away on foot.<br><br>The house is close to the centre of the village where all the local shops are present (bakery, food, restaurants, pharmacy, hairdresser, doctor, etc ...). The Veyrier du Lac sailing club and all water activities are less than 800 m away on foot.<br>Paragliding, horse riding and golf in Talloires is less than 5 km away.<br>The cycle path, to go to Annecy, is accessible very quickly from the house (downhill on the way out and up on the way back!).<br><br>Veyrier du Lac is a village of about 2200 inhabitants located on the eastern shore of Lake Annecy.<br><br>Come and enjoy a holiday home rental in Haute-Savoie;

This location is stunning. Lake Annecy is v clean. Good proximity to town. Lots of activity options available in vicinity. Only negative was pool temperature.

Delightful 3 weeks.

What an amazing month in Annecy with my entire family. The view from the property was dreamy and the house was even better than advertised. The host and his son were attentive and went above and beyond helpful when my son had a bee sting. I would come back every year if I could! Thanks for a truly memorable experience.
