Pretty new studio in a small village

It is a studio built 3 years ago next to our house, which is located about 20 minutes from Annecy. We are also 20 minutes from Aix-Les-Bains. Also ideal for a ski holiday or to visit Annecy or Geneva.

Children from 9 years old, the accommodation is unfortunately not suitable for babies and young children.
Our animal friends are NOT accepted.

* 1 double bed 140, very good Bultex mattress and Bultex bed base
* 1 BZ 140 sofa also

* 1 parking space in front of the apartment

Various devices =
Dishwasher, 1 hob, microwave, kettle, standard filter coffee machine,, toaster, fan if it is very hot.

For the winter, a wood pellet stove.

Bed linen is provided!
ATTENTION: Towels are NOT provided nor bath mats.
The bed will be made on arrival.

The accommodation must be returned in the same condition in which you had it and the cleaning must be done. The 15 euros correspond to a small contribution for the total disinfection before and after each arrival and for the supply / washing/ironing of bed linen.

We like funny people, who love life, people with a touch of madness, calmer people, people who share, people who smile, eccentric or more withdrawn people, people who live but especially honest and simple people. Our studio is great, it was made with a lot of heart, it is always impeccably cleaned, it will be ideal for any type of nice traveller, it is comfortable, the bedding is good and you feel good!

Check-in: from 15:00 to 22:00 approximately.
Check-out: Before 10:00 am.

The house is located in a quiet and privileged village in the suburbs of Annecy (about 20 minutes from Annecy by car). It is a small family housing estate (children play in the path).
We are also 20 minutes from Aix-Les-Bains.
There is a bakery/pastry shop 2 minutes walk away and a dressing table.
There is a doctor 3 minutes away by car.
Paragliding
Highway nearby.

Very beautiful hikes to do in the Bauges massif.

Le Semnoz ski resort 15 minutes away.

10 minutes away there is a large shopping centre and all its shops.

2 minutes drive into the nearby village: small supermarket, delicatessen, bakery, post office, bar, press/tobacconist.

Only the people indicated on the reservation will be allowed to enter the apartment.

Non-contractual photos = we have several sets of sheets so it may be a different one when you come, also several bz covers washed regularly so can change colour or plaid, same for the decoration 😀.
