The lower level features two charming guest bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and twin bunk beds, and the other with a sumptuous king-sized bed. A shared hall bath with a bathtub and shower combination, a full-sized washer and dryer, and a two-car garage complete this level.

Main Level Elegance: Ascend to the upper level, where the living room welcomes you with detailed gas fireplace and plush furnishings surrounding a flat-screen TV. The condo was just what we needed! It is very well located, with a short walk to where one can pick up the parking lot shuttle, and had a nice dining table suitable for 6. The garage held two cars nicely. I would rent here again! The one thing that would have made the stay even better would have been desk-like places where those of us that had to work could have set up.

Great location for skiing

The ski shuttle comes to your door for pick up using the app. Very convenient location. Very good stay for our family.

Family getaway trip. Had a great time visiting with family during the stay. Many enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Had a problem when we checked in but the staff was very prompt and courteous in responding. Created some great memories.

Deer Valley Difference

Property was very nice and as shown in the information we reviewed when searching for a place to stay. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and without any hitches. All of the appliances worked well. My only (very minor) observation was that the pillows need to be updated with at least two for each guest. Overall, this stay gets 5 stars. Location to the ski slopes was perfect, We had 6 adults and 1 child. Thans, and we will definitely consider for oru next trip to Deer Valley.

Perfectly convenient location, cozy & eclectic home

I love when you can tell that the rental you're staying in is used & loved by the people that rent it. From the well-stocked games cabinet to the well-maintained (if slightly dated) kitchen, clean bathrooms, and comfy furniture, the home was really perfect and clearly cherished.The layout of the home is ideal for a group of friends: there are three bedrooms and one couch bed in the main living room. The kitchen and den are separate enough from the couch bed that anyone using the couch bed wouldn't feel like their space was being invaded.We also really liked the big hot tub in the communal area - and once we discovered the changing rooms, we liked those as well!Lakeside is conveniently located on the Blue line and it's easy to walk to other bus lines as well, making access to Park City simple. Main Street is also totally within walking distance if you want to walk off dinner.I also want to shout out the great management team - we didn't have dish soap and they fixed the situation within a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location

Short ride on the Deer Valley shuttle to Snow Park lodge. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, paper products for a 5 day stay. Kitchen was well equipped, and the TVs and internet were great. Community hot tubs were good (didn't try the sauna or pool). Locker rooms were small but serviceable, and well heated to change before walking or driving back to the condo. Garage is spacious, but watch the height if you have a tall SUV or ski rack. Some people parallel parked in front of the garage (other units). Unit is a little older, but everything worked well. Very close to DV Snow Park Lodge (a little too far to walk regularly). Short drive to Main St. or shops in Park City (we didn't use the bus, but there was a stop nearby and they ran regularly).

Felt like staying in a high end hotel.

We loved this townhome! It felt like staying at a luxury hotel, great beds, very clean, and the design and remodel is very modern and clean. The private hottub on the back deck overlooking the lake was a great way to start or end our day. The kitchen was set up well and getting to the slopes was easy. Will return for sure. SkyRun was great to work with.

Lakeside Townhome. Perfect

We love coming to Deer Valley and found this great townhome in lower DV. Just a quick 2 minute bus ride (free shuttle) to the resort! The townhome is set up beautifully, and fit our group perfectly. The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean, and the hottub was a nice way to end the day. We enjoyed sitting around the fireplace at night after cooking our dinner and really catching us as a family. Special place and special times. Thanks SkyRun!

I would suggest repairing the bottom basket in the dishwasher. No place to put recyclables. And replace the trash can in the kitchen as garbage bags do not fit as they should. Otherwise we were pleased with the accommodations.
