Superb modern chalet in delightful village location

Chalet Noriker is a recently completed chalet (Autumn 2015) in the charming village of Niedernsill near Zell am See and Kaprun.

The chalet is 125m² and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a separate toilet and heated ski-store. 3 of the bedrooms have double beds and 1 bedroom has a bunk-bed and a fold-out sofabed. The main living area has a cosy couch seating 5-6 and 3 armchairs. The couch folds out into a double bed.

There is free parking for up to 2 vehicles. Further parking may be found in the centre of the village.

There is an extendable table which seats up to 10 and 2 bar-stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, cooker, refrigerator and stove. In the heated store, you will find a washing machine and drying rack.

The chalet has an outside terrace with shaded cool areas to enjoy warm Austrian summer days. Upstairs, all bedrooms have individual access to North and South facing balconies.

Niedernsill is a charming village with Tourist Information Centre, bakery, pharmacy, 2 supermarkets and several restaurants. The highlight of the village is the bathing lake and recreation area which offers changing facilities, tennis courts, crazy golf, climbing wall, skate park and volleyball pitch.

Chalet Noriker is a short level walk to the centre of Niedernsill (approx. 0.75km). The Hohe Tauern spa is within 10 minutes drive or an easy family cycle on flat, quiet lanes. Zell am See is approx. 15 mins drive away and Kaprun is a little closer. From Niedernsill, you are well placed to take advantage of the All-Star Alpen card which gives access to 10 ski areas including Kitzbuhel, Zell, Kaprun and Saalbach, all reachable within a 30 minute drive from the chalet.
