Thank you for the 10/10 review! We’re so glad you found the cabin cozy, comfortable, and clean, and that you enjoyed the area. We’d love to welcome you back again anytime!
Cabin was cozy. Not sure why you are asking about skiing, no skiing was planned or requested.

We apologize for the irrelevant question about skiing; that was likely an error in our automated survey, and we'll work to correct it. We hope you had a wonderful stay otherwise!
Never got to stay, was told the road to cabin was safely accessible, called several times to confirm, upon arrival it was not, so had to rent another place in town , after traveling 6 1/2 hours, not satisfied at all, had to pay cabin rental that didn't stay in and motel fees for weekend. Would not havev traveled there if I was informed of roads, I know we had storms everywhere that's why made the several phone calls to confirm access to cabin

We understand how frustrating it is when travel plans are disrupted by weather, especially after a long drive. However, we would like to provide some important context regarding the accessibility of the cabin during your stay.
At the time of your arrival, our local maintenance team and other guests in neighboring cabins confirmed that the road was passable for 4WD/AWD vehicles, which is a requirement we clearly state in our booking description and pre-arrival messages. While we understand that conditions can be intimidating to those unfamiliar with mountain terrain after a storm, the road remained open and accessible to those with the appropriate vehicle type.
Our cancellation policy remains in effect for weather-related events that do not result in official road closures, as we cannot be held responsible for a guest's comfort level or vehicle capabilities. We did our best to provide real-time updates based on the ground conditions we observed, and we are sorry that you chose to seek alternative accommodations.
We appreciate your feedback and will continue to emphasize the necessity of 4WD for winter stays to avoid future misunderstandings.
We had a lovely weekend stay at this property. Our only regret is that we didn’t book for longer! Would definitely come back for another trip in the future!
The little cabin was perfect for our half week stay. Pretty much only there to sleep and was all we needed. Very secluded and quiet location. The cabin was clean and linens were provided.

Hi Josh,
We appreciate your time for the review and look forward to hosting you again!
Excellent cabin, great location! Exactly as advertised! Perfect place to unwind and just take it easy. Close enough to everything in the area with a little drive, but seems secluded and peaceful.
We enjoyed our stay so much at the Lands End. We loved that we were towards the back where there was a gazebo and a grill. We had a private little dinner out at the gazebo. It was so nice we felt like we were the only ones there. The cabin was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. We plan on going back and have even referred it to friends and family!
Everything was perfect. The plumbing was a little lacking and the pillows weren't that great. Other than that, the best experience. Will definitely stay again.

Hi Janie,
Thank you for your review. We look forward to hosting you again and look forward to provide a better experience
This house had all the amenities, as promised but was not set up well. The bedroom was very small. There was no closet or place to open up a suitcase. There was not a shower curtain liner, so we had to shower with the decorative curtain in the shower. Also, there was not a good view. We did have fun in Gatlinburg and enjoyed seeing all the fall colors!!

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed Gatlinburg and the beautiful fall colors — it really is a special time of year!
We do our best to provide all the amenities our guests expect, and we’re sorry if the bedroom layout didn’t fully meet your needs. Our rooms are designed to maximize comfort in a cozy space, which sometimes means limited storage or smaller layouts. Regarding the shower curtain, we provide a decorative curtain for style, and we’re happy to clarify for future guests that a liner is included in the bathroom setup.
We really appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve for future stays. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again — we’d love the chance to provide an even better experience.
The cabin was clean and well appointed and in a beautiful wooded setting, away from lights and noise. We didn’t receive an informational email that should have been automatically generated, but a quick call to the property manager helped us find the right cabin. He happened to be at the cabin when we arrived and gave us all the info we needed as well as some suggestions for swimming holes and hikes.

It was a pleasure to host you and meet and chat with both of you. We look forward to hosting you again in the future.
The cabin was beautiful, and had everything that was expected. We went there for my birthday and to fulfill an item on my bucket list. The king bed is absolutely fantastic. The only con is it needs to be decorated. Maybe some pictures and cute cabin decorations. Will definitely rent the cabin again if able. Thank you for making our stay perfect.

the cabin is tucked back up in the woods, perfect for some time to just come out and unwind. Everything was as described, and we were very happy with our stay. Based off of other reviews, we brought our own pillows, which was smart. The ones here are a bit lacking. The blanket is a bit thin too but still nothing to worry about, just some people can be particular with that. The hot tub was great ready to use and was a nice touch to just really unwind..My wife suggested that people bring their own pool towel since the ones here were a bit smaller for the hot tub. Any questions were answered in a timely manner! Really just nkt picking but overall a fantastic stay, would highly recommend!

Kevin,
Thank you for your experience and feedback. We hope to host you again in the future.
Property was nothing like the pictures. Very dirty, cob webs hanging all over the place. Found a large spider inside the bed. Very few glasses, cups, silverware, ect. Was informed that the cleaning people could not be there until the next day. 1 assoc. informed us that the would refund our money but the next day another assoc. stated that it was to late even though we did not stay there. Have contacted VRBO and filed a complaint. Would not recommend this cabin until some upgrades are made and another cleaning service.
Clean tiny cabin smelled nice, no real issues. Paved smooth road all the way up. Close to both Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Hot tub was nice and it was quiet. Totally in the trees.
Property was nice and quaint. Besides the few dead bugs that I had to sweep, the hot tub was a nice amenity and the location was good for a trip in the smokies and to enjoy time with my significant other.
