This beachfront property provides friends and family with stunning views, whether enjoying the expansive deck or snuggling up on one of the cozy sofas in the open-concept living area. The living space features two sofas, a large flat-screen color cable TV with a DVD player, and a dining table that seats eight, in addition to three spots at the kitchen bar. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and generously stocked to facilitate easy meal preparation.

On the main floor, you'll find a bedroom furnished with a Queen bed, complete with an HD color cable TV and DVD player. A shared bathroom is also conveniently located on this level. Upstairs, there is another shared bathroom alongside three additional bedrooms. The oceanview bedroom features a queen bed, a private balcony, HD color cable TV, and a DVD player. The sound-view bedroom comes with a full bed, also equipped with an HD color cable TV and DVD player. The fourth bedroom offers two twin beds, along with an HD color cable TV and DVD player.

Fantastic stay!

The house was exactly as listed. Easy to check in and right on the beach. We loved waking up each day to looking at the ocean. The deck with gate was perfect for the dogs. The dining room seating was perfect for our group of 5. Would definitely stay again.

Four generations

Great location, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and rooms. A couple negatives are: the rusty HVAC vent in the living room takes away from the otherwise nice appearance, and Several of us woke with bug bites in clusters but didn’t actually see any bugs.

1 week is not enough!

The home was really great - just as advertised. Clean, roomy, well equipped... And you can't get closer to the beach/ocean. Very relaxing and tons of privacy in October. Had neighbors on both sides but hardly knew they were there. We felt like we owned the beach!

Access to beach and views are incredible!

This property is literally steps from the beach! Best access of anywhere we have ever stayed! The house has definitely been mistreated by previous renters, but the rental company was glad to hear of the minor things that needed fixing. I am sure they will get everything fixed for future rentals. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a great family friendly place! We also had the privilege of witnessing a sea turtle lay eggs just 10 feet from the steps on our second night!! The perfect weather and fun people who were on the other side of the duplex only helped to enhance or stay even more!

Good, Bad, & Disappointed

House needs a lot of TLC. The linen package was there when we arrived and we can't say enough good things about the service that they provided. The linens and towels were nice, we had plenty of towels for the week and they delivered some extra blankets which they were very prompt with. The blankets were delivered b/c all of the 4 bedrooms in the house, all comforters were full of sand. I'm not sure how that happens, however it appeared the house was not cleaned well at all. Bathroom floors and toilets were not very clean, we would find dishes put in the cabinets as 'clean' and they had food on them. The couches had a covering on them, but to note they were covered with sand too as well as the floors. We just can't see how a cleaning service spent any significant amount of time cleaning. The uncleanliness started things off on the wrong foot, but communication on Saturday/Sunday through text with Seashore Realty personnel was responsive and we received blankets on Sunday morning in replace of the sandy comforters. There was an offer on Sunday of the cleaning company to come Monday, but there was no follow up after that conversation, that was disappointing. Location and proximity to beach is great, decks (up & down) are very nice to sit on in evening to look at stars or for sunrise.

We loved our stay, the house was a perfect size and was well-stocked with all the kitchens supplies we needed as we love to cook at home. We enjoyed every minute of the virtually private beach and comfortable accommodations!

Fun in the Sun!

Wonderfully relaxing and beautifully decorated! Walk right onto Beach! View from master was amazing! Would definitely go back. Not a commercialized area which was a huge plus for us. Only thing missing was a gas grill, but we loved it!
