Beautifully remodeled with comfortable beds. We were able to park close to the front door which made unloading and loading very easy. The bathtub does need the stopper latch to work and we couldn’t figure out how to open the patio door so we could sit outside.

Wonderful stay!!! I can't say enough about our host Sylvia or her Villa. The place was spotless and Sylvia was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. We had check in information in plenty of time before our arrival, we talked during our stay and after departure. She was always available for questions or suggestions. The Villa contained notebooks with helpful instructions and plenty of information. There were books for restaurants and things to do on and off the island. The gas grill on the patio was clean and available for our use and the kitchen was stocked with all necessary basic essentials.We couldn't have asked for more and look forward to staying again.

Perfect Family Getaway

Great Condo near the pool!

The condo is very clean and well decorated. Comes with everything you’d need for a beach vacation. Love the outdoor shower and how close it is to the pool.

July Vacation in HIlton Head

We had a great time in Hilton Head! Sylvia was so helpful leading up to the trip and during our time there when something came up. The condo was clean, updated and had all that we needed. Palmetto Dunes is fantastic and the Hilton Head beaches are just beautiful. There is so much to do in the area! Thank you for a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to come back!!

Great reconnect

Beach and Golf retreat

We loved staying in this community in Palmetto Dunes. It was close to Shelter Cove restaurants and the beach. We had so much stuff we had to drive to the grill to park but it isn't that far of a walk to the beach. We enjoyed playing golf in Bluffton.

Sylvia’s property was great! Very clean and good sized master bedroom as well as bathroom. Plenty of towels for beach and bath as well as cookware in kitchen. Cute back patio. Walking distance to tennis and pickle ball courts. Highly recommend!

Awesome Palmetto Dunes Property

Really enjoyed our stay here. Super clean, comfy beds, great tv, nice kitchen and bath etc. Communication with Sylvia was great too. Also easy check in and check out. Only things missing were beach chairs/umbrella to borrow for the beach and a nice table w/ umbrella to be able to sit comfortably on the patio. Overall would recommend.

Great Hilton Head home in a great neighborhood.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this rental home. The space was perfectly laid out and the house was immaculate. The home had all the amenities you would want for your vacation and more. The neighborhood was wonderful and so nice to ride bikes around. We loved the proximity to the general store, beach, tennis/pickleball and golf. The owner is wonderful and very responsive to any questions you might have.

Wonderful location, great condo for family of 4.

We absolutely loved the location of this condo, nestled right in the middle of queens grant. We biked to the beach which was one mile door to door. We loved having our own grill and private patio. The outdoor shower is also a huge bonus. We had a couple of check in gliches which Sylvia resolved quickly. Great family vacation!

Great Place

Only complaint about property is if you like to cook bring or buy everything you would need. Only had small pots and pans (nothing big enough for a family of 4). No basic seasonings or spices besides salt and pepper. Nothing for food storage. Only one side of the grill worked. Besides that everything else was great! Was in a great location. Easy to get to beach on bike. Furniture and beds were comfy and clean!

As a VRBO owner we provide the basic cooking equipment and the kitchen is stocked with waffle maker, air fryer and other items. We cannot predict or provide spices and essentials for guests - you might imagine if we tried it would not meet all preferences. As for the grill - we were not aware and would have addressed the issue if you had contacted us. Please know we want to exceed expectations and provide the most relaxing stay for all our guests The Villa has provided many families a quick and long stay with positive reviews. Glad you enjoyed the unit, comfort and island.

We arrived to a filthy fridge, just to have to spend the first few hours cleaning it. Contacted VRBO or owner and got apology only. Plastic cups only to drink from. Not close proximity to beach. We had stayed at 2 other spots at half the price, on the beach. We left halfway through a months stay as we needed to return home . No compensation…. Pictures make it look much better than it is. Very disappointed .

We are extremely sorry the Villa did not exceed your expectations. Unfortunately once stay has started we are unable to refund unless re-booked - we hope all is well at home. We asked for pictures of the fridge -which we did not receive and our Cleaners were willing to stop by to address your concerns and accommodate the needs BUT without your response and permission we could not . The Kitchen is fully stocked with pool appropriate drinkware and GLASS wine goblets and ceramic coffee cups as well as cookware, etc. The pool is lest than a minute walk to the rear and the BEACH as described is a pleasant 15 minute walk, quick bike ride or Dunes Shuttle ride Our guests continue to provide exceptional reviews and return for multiple stays Regret that your perception was not what the Villa offers.

Beach Trip July 2020

This condo was exactly as described by the owner. It was very clean and a close walk to the nearest pool. Sylvia provided a couple board games in the closet, which were great since we mostly stayed out of most places we travel when on vacation due to COVID. Both bedrooms are good size, and the washer and dryer were a great convenience! I highly recommend this condo for a small family or group travel. My only note would be that this condo is tucked in the back of Queens Grant, which I liked for privacy and less traffic reasons. However, it’s a bit too far to walk to the beach if you’re packing a lot and have little ones (Around 3/4 mile). We drove: it was a quick drive and we found a parking spot each day! The walk is would’ve been easy to do with bikes, or with less cargo to haul. Highly recommend! Sylvia was also great to respond to messages going back and forth touching base related to COVID.

30th Wedding Anniversary Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sylvia’s villa! The Villa was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed to cook a few meals. We had no issues with anything. It was just the two of us but there would have been plenty of room for a few more people. The resort was very quiet. We highly recommend this Villa and will absolutely consider rented from Sylvia again!

Centrally located with conveniences all around

This property worked out very well for our stay with our 2 children (8 and 6yo). It is spacious and we enjoyed the conveniences to Kroger and beach access. I was pleasantly surprised at how well stock the kitchen was with dishes, utensils, and cups. The master bedroom is very spacious. The decor was nice and feels very homey. We also got to enjoyed the patio area along with the grill. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider this property again. During our stay, we were notified that the water will be shut off due to some maintenance work during our stay. Sylvia notified us almost immediately and we were able to adjust our schedules to ensure we are not there during the maintenance (the maintenance took place elsewhere but it would have impacted our ability to use the water). We thought it was a great location and easy to get around the different parts of HHI. Thank you for having us!
