Bonjour, nous sommes désolés que le séjour n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Cependant, nous proposons aussi des gîtes avec douche dans le même établissement qui étaient disponibles au moment de votre séjour. Nous cherchons avant tout à accommoder au mieux chacun en proposant un catalogue varié d'aménagements. Par ailleurs, nous faisons appel à l'une des entreprises de nettoyage les mieux regardées de l'île pour l'entretien des gîtes et des vérifications sont effectuées avant chaque séjour donc nous sommes assez surpris des soucis de propreté mentionnés. Nous veillerons à faire remonter ce problème à nos prestataires.
