The open floor plan great room has comfortable furnishings with balcony access for beautiful unobstructed sunset views. The full-kitchen is equipped for all your cooking needs. The dining area will seat 4 comfortably at the dining room table with additional seating for 4 more at the bar. The Coastal Shells main suite features a king bed with private bath with a large soaking tub. The Mermaid Dreams second bedroom has a queen bed with beautiful beach accents and an adjacent bathroom with a tub-shower combo. A 2-3 night minimum stay is required except for the Summer Season-Memorial Day through the First Weekend of August when there is 7 night minimum with check in on Saturday, check out the following Saturday. Minimum rental age is 25. No Pets. No smoking or vaping inside the condo, please.

The Mermaid Dreams Second Bedroom Suite offers a queen-sized bed and is decorated in turquoise & lime tones and has an adjoining full bath with a tub-shower combo & single vanity.

All bedrooms have flat screens TVs, high thread count luxury bed linens. Fluffy high-quality bathroom towels, and kitchen towels are all included with your rental. You'll feel right at home! There is a stack washer and dryer and an iron and ironing board provided so you can always look your best.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
