Heritage House with Hot tub, Sauna, Fire Pit on Private yard

A stunning original heritage house set on a very large private secluded lot. The house has retained all of it's original charm. The house is surrounded by 100 yr old trees, perennial gardens and many of the local birds.

The interior has been restored to it's original beauty. The house has a very large eat-in kitchen and separate dining room, a very large double living room and 4 large bedrooms. The house is kept very clean.

There is two full washrooms on the second floor and one washroom on the main floor.

The private, fenced backyard is landscaped with wrap around gardens, and large outdoor deck, BBQ area and 6 person hot tub and 4 person outdoor sauna. The outdoor deck has a seating area adjacent to the bbq and hot tub.

The kitchen has a summer sunroom perfect for a romantic dining area for two overlooking the backyard.

The long driveway has plenty of parking. Easy access from the highway.

The historic and downtown tourist areas are just 2 minutes away including the falls and casinos.

The hosts were awesome, had a great time with friends and family. All the supplies were in abundance, hot-tub and Sauna were the highlights of the whole stay, rooms were spacious. Kitchen has stove, coffee maker and all other utensils to cook and enjoy meals. Definitely recommend the stay to anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation and want to enjoy the Niagara falls.

Great Little Cottage

We absolutely could not have asked for a better property to stay. So close to all Niagara has to offer. Complete privacy for sauna and hot tub. Comfortable accommodations and plenty of extras the hosts include! The hosts were very responsive and communicated everything down to every detail. Great piece of Canadian history. Lovely old home. Not in Niagara on the Lake as advertised. 5 min drive from downtown Niagara Falls (20 min walk) and 20 min drive to Niagara on the Lake. Property was really quaint and well maintained. Great for family or large group.

Nice older home close to the Falls

Stayed for a long weekend with my wife. The location is perfect: close enough to easily drive or ride-share to the main attractions, but far enough away to be out of the huddle and bustle when you’re done for the night. The property is very nice. It’s an old house and decorated as such, but clean and very comfortable. Bathrooms and heating/cooling are modern and worked well. Hot tub and sauna were great. Wouldn’t hesitate at all to stay again if we go back.

Locating the property could have been difficult, but the owner prepared us in advance for how to locate the house. The house was exactly as described. It was well stocked with everything we needed. All the comforts of home

We had a wonderful time at Heritage House! Stepping back in time can be such a refreshing experience, especially when paired with modern amenities like a hot tub to relax in after a day of exploring Niagara Falls and area attractions. We had everything we needed and more, and we enjoyed the gift of the Sparkling Wine and Chocolates that were in the Wine fridge. Perfect spot for a girls weekend

This property is everything it says it is. It’s a charming home, that is spacious and comfortable. Lots of amenities included - as we enjoyed the sauna/ hot tub and the kitchen space to make meals. There was 6 of us total and we all had a bed on our own. Beds were very comfortable and the house as a whole was very clean. The owners were very easy to communicate with and friendly. We would definitely stay here again
