It's fine if your expectations are properly set. It's not a hotel and you should not expect many amenities. Kind of like camping. Bring what makes you comfortable. I highly recommend bringing your own pillows and possibly towels.Good parts: The coffee maker, microwave and toaster worked. There is a window a/c that worked. The hot water was hot. The bed was fairly comfortable. FYI, the futon thing is very low, like 3 inches off the ground. Bad parts: The streets/roads are seriously LOADED with potholes. Bathroom has mold and the toilet is not bolted down well. There were lots of weeds around the cabin. I don't think the pool across the street is being maintained, at least it didn't look like it. It worked for us bc it was near family. It does take a while to get to the front of the Preserve because of potholes.

The preserve

This place is awesome! Quiet, friendly neighbors that aren't to close, and wildlife to look at every day! While it does flood you in at times, overall this is an awesome place to stay. I will later buy a lot and bring my camper to visit the preserve in the future!

Tiny home

We stayed in a tiny home. Although the washer didn't work, we had a great experience and will stay again.

Cute and cozy

Very cute cabin. Had all the essential. Was just what we needed for our family reunion. We didn't spend any time on the property though it is beautiful. The road could use some work though.
