Clean and very well kept, Kitchen well stocked for use. Pool clean and somewhat shaded--which was a plus! Plenty of towels and pool towels.Kids loved the twin beds-- didn't find the bed rails until leaving however, as they were in another room :)

Perfect in every way!

We have been renting homes for years, but this one ranked right at the top. Ultra clean, great location, really nice walkable neighborhood. Owner was fantastic and responsive. Seriously could not recommend this place more. We would absolutely stay here again -- and hope to!

Great home and location

3 couples in town for spring training. The home has a great location and is centralized for activities. We went to 3 baseball games and Topgolf, many other activities and restaurants are nearby. The home has plenty of room and was very clean. The pool table and swimming pool are bonuses. Gary was easy to work with and we would definitely stay here again.

Family Time

The house was perfect for our extended family. We were in town for a 90th birthday party and the house met our needs in every way. Spacious, extremely well stocked, and immaculate. There was something for everyone; play pool, go biking or just hang outside in Arizona's warm winter sunshine. We would definitely stay here again.

Annual Hiking Trip

Our group has been coming to the Phoenix area for over tens years and this home was one of the best. Easy access to 60 made getting around town very convenient. The house was clean and ample space with the five bedrooms and three baths. The kitchen had everything needed for in house cooking, the pool table and swimming pool provided plenty of activity to fill the down time. Check-in and communication were simple and timely. All our needs were met.

Top notch experience

The description doesn't do justice. The house is amazing and incredibly spacious. Gary was extremely easy to communicate with, even leading up to our stay. Super clean, tons of beds, amazing pool, furnishings were great (kitchen ware, furniture, etc). 3 minute walk to the best ice cream shop around, and amazing Mexican restaurant. We plan to book again with Gary next year!

Family celebration trip

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to house our family to celebrate a family milestone 80th birthday. Too bad the weather didn’t cooperate so we could use the pool. The clubhouse pool was closed too so only had access to the clubhouse hot tub. Hot tub didn’t have proper step for our 80 year old so only went once. Kitchen is well stocked and we were able to cook family meals. Overall very nice house and stay.

Family Thanksgiving get together.

Everything was excellent except after paying to heat the pool the lighting in around the pool was not working. It was almost dangerous walking around the pool at night since none of those lights were working.

We don't have any lighting around the pool. we used to have some solar lights but they only work for so long and we took them out. I believe you guys had mentioned you couldn't get the pool light that is actually in the water to work, but when my pool guy came out the next day he said it was working fine so not sure what was going on there. Thank you so much for your stay I hope other than that you're happy with your stay, like I said not sure what tou mean pool lights around the pool? We just the one that is actually in the water.

Gorgeous Gilbert Getaway

This house is spacious, immaculately clean, and in a beautiful area of Gilbert. There is plenty of seating, super comfortable beds w/fans & TVs in all the bedrooms, and a kitchen in which it’s easy to cook. We enjoyed playing pool each day, and just lounging poolside in the very tidy backyard. The furniture in the great room also made it easy for all seven of our family members to gather and watch movies. The owner was very accommodating and responsive to our needs throughout the week. And we enjoyed the gracious use of the bikes housed in the garage. The area of Val Vista Lakes is perfect for biking around town due to the nice sidewalks and additional bike lanes. This was the perfect vacation spot and I highly recommend it to families needing plenty of space.
