We enjoyed staying at this property while we visited family in the area. It is well kept and in a nice location, just over 1 mile to the beach.

Tropic Isle

A modern townhouse, nice on suite primary bedroom and perfect location to Atlantic Ave. Only a mile or so to Delray Beach. Host was very responsive to questions. The pool area was disappointing without chairs and too much shade but is expected to be improved during the year. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning longer next season.

Great location but home needs tending to

We stayed at this home during our visit to Miami. The owner was flexible to let us check in earlier (3pm vs 5pm). The home is located in the nice and safe residential area (close to Delray beach and downtown). It has a community pool right next to the unit but it was a bit dirty (lots of leaves) and so we didn't end up using it. We have had several problems with the home during our stay. The hallway bath upstairs was clogged and we couldn't use it. The owner didn't offer to fix it herself but asked us if we want to call her contact to fix it (during our vacation time). The door lock stopped responding to our code after one try since we think batteries died. We ended up finding a solution with the garage clicker. The trundle bed in kids room was broken on one end though we were still able to use it. All the mattresses had a cover on them that made any turning during the night rather noisy. We will not be returning.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay and we are sorry to hear about the shower and the door, yes we have a service contract in place to help our guest with any unforeseen situation, it would have taken you just a phone call to remedy this situation, regarding the mattress situation, the cover's are there to protect you as well for cleanliness and sanitation, if it was so unconfortable you could have remove them, regarding the the main door, we are looking into that but again we had 2 other options to access the unit just In case, overall all items will be address
