Relaxation awaits you. This unit was completely remodeled in May 2026. Everything in it is brand-new. You`re located in the heart of all the action. You will be minutes away from fine dining, theaters, golf, miniature golf, go-carting, water park, fishing, boating, shopping, etc. The Knolls Resort offers indoor/outdoor pools, indoor/outdoor tennis courts, sauna, steam room, hot tub, BBQ area, playground, basketball court, trailer parking, boat ramp, fire pit, scenic views and total relaxation!!!

We are always only a phone call away.
The credit card fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. 5% of your deposit will not be returned to cover these fees.

Cozy and quiet

Enjoyed our stay - was looking for some peace and quiet and this was just that. Nice view, comfortable beds and seating. Just a little tight for my 6'7" husband who uses a walker. But we managed and enjoyed our stay!

Great Place!

The condo was a great place to stay for our family of three on our vacation to Osage Beach. It was easy to get to and we enjoyed looking at all the wildlife. We loved the pool and the little deck being right above the water. Being able to adjust the thermostat to our comfort was nice. Highly recommend!

Good for the price of stay

Just stayed 2 nights for a wedding so we didn't get to use any of the outdoor amenities but looked nice! The pin on the map is not where this was located. It is off of KK but turned out to be easy enough to get in and out. The coffee maker is a Keurig so bring your own pods and the deck could use some cleaning but overall a good value for the money.
