The private fishing pond, covering 4,500m², is just 50 meters from the cottage. It's ideal for recreational fishing, stocked with carp, pike, roach, and perch. The pond's depth varies between 0.50m and 2.5m. You'll find carp up to 7kg, pike from 30 to 70cm, and roach 20cm and under. Fishing is catch and release only. If you're not fishing, you can enjoy the shady spots in the grounds under the oak or albizia trees.

On-site, you'll also have access to a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, and a foosball table for your leisure. The house's south-facing terrace offers a magical view of the park and fishing pond.
Nearby, you'll find the Sillé-le-Guillaume leisure park (7 km), ideal for swimming, as well as Sainte-Suzanne, a charming small town (22 km), Saint-Léonard-des-Bois (21 km), a village nestled in the heart of the Alpes Mancelles natural site, where numerous outdoor activities await, and Jublains (28 km), a Gallo-Roman town with its museum. All shops and services are 7 km away. You can also find freshly baked bread in a wood-fired oven in Saint-Pierre-sur-Orthe, 3.4 km away.
