An invitation to reconnect and find peace! In this beautifully renovated farmhouse, adjoining the owner's property, every room overlooks the verdant countryside. Ideal for nature lovers, it offers private outdoor spaces with no overlooking neighbors, large landscaped lawns, woods, pastures with horses, and woodland footpaths that meander around the property.

A private, natural pond of 15,000 m² is located 60 meters from the house and offers recreational fishing. Two fishing areas (2 to 3 lines each), catch and release, and a rowboat are available. The pond is well-stocked with common carp, roach, and tench. The carp are not fed, so don't expect fish larger than 5-7 kg, but the pond offers plenty of enjoyment and interesting fishing – a real bonus for the cottage!

The cottage is located at the crossroads of Mayenne and Brittany. Don't miss a visit to Laval: its castle and its Naïve Art Museum. Also worth seeing is Vitré: its castle and its half-timbered houses. Explore the charming small towns of Chailland, Parné-sur-Roc, and Sainte-Suzanne, or visit the "La Rincerie" leisure park, ideal for water sports or relaxing outings.
