Great stay, close to beach an market

The house and lot are spaceious and located in a quiet area. Beach and market are in walking distance. We weren't missing anything for a relaxing stay. Will come back

Nice place, great location, a lot of space

Overall it’s a nice house with a lot a space and all the equipments you need. The devices were very clean (oven, frigde, washing machine) but the rest of the house is not clean, it needs a very good and large cleaning seasion (beds, closets, sofa…) The bed in the mater bedroom is old, needs at least a new mattress. Location is amazing!! Close to the beach, safe road for the kids…!

Nous avons apprécié d'avoir de la place dans cette maison et sa dépendance (nous étions 4 personnes et les pièces sont spacieuses), que les animaux soient acceptés (nous avions un chat avec nous) et le parking de deux voitures à l'intérieur de la propriété. Le jardin est très vaste. Emplacement tout près de la plage des Gollandières et proche des commerces. Cuisine bien équipée. La décoration est un peu disparate.

Tolle Lage, 5 Min zu Fuß zum Strand, 10 Min zu Zentrum von Le Bois Plage, sehr ruhig gelegen.Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet sehr viel Platz. Der Garten ist riesig und ideal mit Familie und Hund. Manche Ausstattung wie z.B. Kaffeemaschine sind so langsam in die Jahre gekommen, aber es funktioniert alles.Schlafzimmer 2 und 3 sowie das 2. Bad sind im Anbau.Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend und sehr schnell.Wir haben zwei wundervolle, erholsame Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht.

Les échanges avec l'hôte ont été excellent. Le grand séjour est parfait, la cuisine est très bien équipée, les 2 lits de 160 sont confortables. La 3e chambre est un dortoir parfait pour enfants ou ados. Les 3 salles de bain apportent un grand pour ne pas se bousculer.

Wir waren bereits das dritte Mal in Julien‘s Haus und es ist immer wieder herrlich: die wunderbare Lage mit fußläufigem Strand und Strandbar in die eine Richtung und Markt und Austernbar in die andere, der große Garten und das geräumige Haus mit einem getrennten Bereich für unsere erwachsenen Kinder. Maison idéalement située entre plage et commerces

Residence avec de grands espaces interieurs et exterieurs.

Seul bemol, le four tres sale qui merite d'etre changé. Les placards Beaucoup de choses a jeter qui restent, a savoir: Restes de pâtes, farine, gateaux apéro etc etc
