LOCATION
This is a uniquely secluded and magical place to stay in

Tulum—close to nature and history, yet walking distance to downtown's

restaurants and bars. Playa Paraiso and the Tulum ruins are less then 10

minutes away by bike. From the property, you're within a 10-min walk to

downtown Tulum, including groceries, restaurants, bars, etc. The

development is very safe, surrounded by an electric fence with gated

entrance and a 24-hour security guard, so only registered guests and

owners can enter. As soon as you exit the development, there is a police

checkpoint on the main road. We highly recommend biking in Tulum, but

there’s dedicated parking if you decide to rent a car. We can also

provide a private driver or numbers for some local taxis, though you’ll

usually get the best price hailing a taxi on the street.
