Waterfront home with private beach on Peconic Bay
1571 Peconic Bay Boulevard, Laurel, NY
Six bedroom waterfront home in the heart of the North Fork. Easy drive from Nassau County or NYC. The house sleeps 12 comfortably with 3 bedrooms on the first floor and 3 on the second. There are 2 ½ bathrooms and a large open concept area on the first floor with the kitchen, LR and dining room. The deck has a large teak table that seats 8. Weber Gas (propane) grill on the deck. The beach is steps from the house and has many lounge chaises and chairs to relax and sunbathe. The water of the Great Peconic Bay is generally very calm and during low tide you can walk out hundreds of yards safely. Great for kids (tons of life vests in the shed). There’s plenty of parking in the back of the house with a nice lawn for badminton. Cleaning fee of $150 additional cost. More internal photos on request
There are over 30 wineries within 15 miles. Local breweries and Long Island Vodka are close by as well. There are a few farm stands right down the block with some of the most delicious fruits and veggies you could ever taste. The house sits between the towns of Jamesport and Mattituck. Tons of restaurants and shopping close by and Greenport is a short drive with lots of activities for the whole family. Tanger Outlets are a 15 minute drive due west and fun to hit on a rainy day. Westhampton is an easy drive with a totally different vibe.
We do prefer to have 2+ weeks in July/August. The house is also available weekly in the Fall months, which are some of the most beautiful with the harvests and farm stands.
