Located in the heart of the Livradois Forez / Puy-de-Dôme natural park, labelled "heritage foundation" and classified as "3-star tourist accommodation". Accessible and equipped for PRM on the ground floor. 4 bedrooms (blackout blinds). Work areas. Master suite on the ground floor bed 140 (bathroom with Italian shower, separate toilet). Underfloor heating, large living room with garden access, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, nespresso and filter machine, induction hob, food processor...). Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with beautiful views of the mountains and castle of Mauzun (the giant of Auvergne), first bedroom with double bed 140, second with bed 120 and desk, third ideal for children with 2 single beds, large bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet. Beautiful mezzanine with TV area and desk, old beams. Garden facing south, enclosed, panoramic view of the mountains, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue available. Parking spaces available just in front of the accommodation. Electric bike rental in the village. In the heart of the Livradois Forez natural park, near the chain of puys, Vulcania, Pays d'issoire and its medieval castles, ski resorts of Forez, Puy de Sancy, Thiers, Col du Béal, Ambert... ideal for family holidays, hiking enthusiasts, cycling...

10 minutes by car from Billom for all amenities: supermarkets, shops... Farmers' market every Monday morning, local products, not to be missed.

Mauzun is a typical and very quiet village with its thirteenth century fortress, the giant of Auvergne. The barn is located on the heights of the village, in a quiet area. In the heart of the Livradois Forez, Puy de Dôme.

Déçu. Maison mitoyenne non mentionnée terrain non clos ce qui pose problème avec enfant et chien. Salon de jardin bon pour le déchetterie. Vaisselles non appropriée poêles et casseroles non conformes avec plaque de cuisson. Sièges et canapé d'un autre temps et complètement inconfortables.Fortes chaleurs pas de congélateur pas de ventilateurs. etc

Bonjour, votre avis me semble abusif. La maison est séparée par un garage avec L'autre maison ce qui ne créé aucune gêne, canapés d'un autre temps faut pas exagérer quand même, je viens de remplacer pour info le lit de la chambre du fond par un lit 140 et cherche à faire évoluer la maison pour lui donner d'avantage de confort. Le jardin est clos mais il y a effectivement un petit accès de 1 m de large pour y accéder, je vous l'accorde. La vaisselle est bonne, la table de jardin n'est pas une table en or massif, j'en suis désolé. Vraiment pas très intéressant de venir mettre de tels avis alors que la maison est parfaitement équipée avec un confort certes pas égale à celui du Ritz mais tout à fait correct. Ça n'est pas correct, méchant et infondé, passons...

Bon gîte mais des remarques

Très bon contact avec Jeremie. Propreté et mobilier moyen ( table de SAM bancale, propreté cuisine moyenne, lit dont le sommier serait à remplacer), prestation PMR laissant à désirer, chambre PMR avec salle de bain et WC non accessible avec un fauteuil roulant. A signaler ,le lac d'Aubusson à 30 minutes.

Cher André, je prends note de vos remarques. Le logement est accessible aux PMR et équipé avec barres au niveau du lit, sdb et WC de la chambre bas. La porte d'entrée est suffisamment large pour les PMR. Le sommier et matelas en question ont été changés cette semaine pour info. Sinon, vous avez utilisé des draps disponibles dans la buanderie alors qu'ils sont là pour les prochains arrivants. Pourtant tous vos lits étaient bien faits en arrivant. J'ai du aller en acheter en urgence n'ayant pas le temps de les laver pour la location qui suivait. J'aurais apprécié que vous m'en parliez afin que j'anticipe. Bien à vous

Belle grange restaurée

La maison est propre, agréable et trés bien restaurée. Le lieu est calme et il est agréable de faire des balades alentours. La literie mériterait d'être changée sur une partie des lits.

Un bon moment dans un gîte agréable

Nous avons séjourné quelques jours à l'automne dans ce gîte, la région est magnifique à cette saison, et les balades nombreuses. Le gîte est agréable, bien équipé, bien situé, et la communication avec Jérémie très simple et efficace.
