Absolutely beautiful property within 10 mins walk of a beach/bar/restaurant and 15 mins to a larger pool/tennis complex (also with a restaurant and a bar) that the property has use of. Very easy to find the property only a half hour drive from Figari airport, 10 mins to town centre by car and so many gorgeous beaches in the area. Perfect stay for what we needed. Check in and communication with host was great.

Our experience at this villa was less than expected, primarily due to inadequate air-conditioning and several avoidable inconveniences.Upon check-in, the villa was uncomfortably warm. We were told it would eventually cool with the A/C running at full capacity. By Day 2, it had not improved. Two thermometers independently recorded 28C (82F). We again contacted the host and were given a fan, which only circulated the warm air.The following day, we were offered an unspecified refund and the option to relocate for our remaining three nights. We did not consider this reasonable, as we did not want to spend valuable vacation time packing and finding another villa. We ultimately received a partial refund for the discomfort and inconvenience.The listing states that the villa has A/C, but several days before arrival, the check-in instructions revealed that only the bedrooms had A/C. This important limitation should have been disclosed in the listing. Additionally, the bedroom A/C did not function adequately and could not lower temperatures below approximately 26–27C (79–81F).We also spent considerable time trying to access the Wi-Fi before learning we had been given an incorrect network name and password.On checkout morning, we were instructed to clean the BBQ, remove sheets, gather towels, clean the kitchen, empty the dishwasher, and put everything away.On the positive side, the villa is nicely furnished, very clean, well equipped, private, and has a lovely pool.

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que la température estivale dans la pièce de vie ait gêné votre séjour durant cette période de forte chaleur. Dès votre signalement, nous avons fait notre maximum pour vous apporter des solutions immédiates (conseils sur l'utilisation optimale des climatiseurs, mise à disposition d'un ventilateur supplémentaire, et proposition d'un dédommagement financier conséquent). Concernant les équipements, nous tenons à préciser que les 3 chambres disposent bien de climatiseurs individuels fonctionnels. Afin d'éviter toute confusion pour nos futurs voyageurs, le descriptif de notre annonce a été encore clarifié concernant la ventilation de la pièce de vie. Pour ce qui est du départ, seules les consignes d'usage de fin de séjour sont demandées, le ménage complet étant toujours pris en charge par nos soins. En tant que superhôtes passionnés, la satisfaction de nos clients est notre priorité absolue. Nous retenons vos remarques pour continuer d'améliorer la qualité de notre accueil. Das Haus ist ein Traum. Alles da, was man braucht, toller Garten mit Pool und gut gelegen für Ausflüge an die wunderschönen Strände oder ins Hinterland. Une maison très agréable et un accès au sporting club sympa

Merci au propriétaire d'avoir mis à disposition non seulement sa maison, mais aussi son accès au Sporting Club de Marina di Fiori où nous avons passé de nombreux moments durant le séjour. Nous avons tout de suite été comme à la maison à la Villa Cosi. Le check-in avec Agnès et son attention durant notre séjour ont été très appréciés. La villa a tout ce qu'il faut pour être à l'aise en famille, une belle literie. Le jardin fleuri et paysagé ainsi que la piscine privée avec soleil et ombre nous ont ravis, à tout moment de la journée. Une valeur sûre dans la région!

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir hatten mit unseren zwei Kindern im Grundschul-/Unterstufenalter einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der der Villa Cosi. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ist wirklich wunderschön. Mit den Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmer ist es auch bei großer Hitze im Haus angenehm kühl. Ansonsten kann man sich gut im Pool abkühlen (ca. 8m). In Laufdistanz hat man Zugang zu einem Sportclub mit 20m (25m?) Pool direkt am Meer, Tennisplätzen (Betonbelag) und zwei Tischtennisplatten (mit dem Wind eingeschränkt sinnvoll). Neben großen Supermärkten sind auch ein kleiner Bäcker, Metzger usw. mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Zum Surfen sind wir nach LaChiappa (die Surfschule in der Nähe war zu). Mit den Rennrad kann man sehr gut in die Berge fahren, es gibt aber nicht so viele Strecken, insgesamt recht viel Verkehr.

Wohlfühloase

Ein besonders schönes Ferienhaus. Sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet, so dass man sich man sich vom ersten Moment an zu Hause fühlt. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche ist perfekt. Der Garten steht dem in nichts nach. Sehr üppige, mediterranes Bepflanzung um den wunderschönen, großen Pool. Gerne wären wir mal einen ganzen Tag zu Hause geblieben, aber es gibt zu viel zu entdecken in der näheren Umgebung. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Emplacement idéal

Maison très bien placée et communication très fluide et agréable . Cependant, comme évoqué avec Agnes, la maison ne me semble pas adaptée à des enfants n’ayant pas une bonne maîtrise de la natation . En effet, la piscine ne se ferme pas avec un rideau, la sécurité par alarme ne me semble pas suffisante. La propreté est très moyenne dans les salles de bain, les parfois Literie très propre (neuve) et confortable.
