About this property

The apartment is located between Ghiffa and Oggebbio, about 5 km from the center of Verbania.

The villa has its name for its privileged position, near the lake, from where you can admire the sunrise.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the villa dependence of the early 1900s with a 2-hectare garden.

During the summer it is also possible to use the private beach, which is located about 30 meters from the apartment.

At about 800 meters you can also find the center of Ghiffa, with bars, restaurants and supermarkets, however, in Oggebbio you can rent boats, water-scooters, kayaks, mountain bikes, canoes.

The three-room apartment is about 100 square meters and consists of: living room with beautiful lake view, sofa, kitchen, double bedroom, triple bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, garden of about 40 square meters.

Wundervoller Seeblick

Die Schlüsselübergabe war pünktlich zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin. Bei Fragen über WhatsApp zu erreichen und schnelle Antwort erhalten. Vermieter und Bewohner der unteren Wohnung waren ebenfalls sehr freundlich, wir durften die Fahrräder und das Motorrad in die Garage stellen. Für uns sehr schön, neben dem wunderschönen Blick über den See, war der kleine Strand. Das Haus ist authentisch eingerichtet, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Wohnzimmer mit der Aussicht ist toll. Das Auto steht nicht direkt am Haus, sondern am unteren Haus auf dem Zufahrtsweg, aber zum Entladen kann man bis hoch fahren. Die in der Beschreibung aufgeführte Waschmaschine gab es nicht. Wir hatten 2 schöne Wochen und können die Wohnung empfehlen.

Herrliche Aussicht und romantischer Privatstrand

Unsre Zeit in Ghiffa war herrlich. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und der kleine Strandabschnitt ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wie meist am Lago Maggiore muss zuvor die stark befahrene Straße überquert werden. Unten angekommen, hat man ein wunderschönes Plätzchen ganz für sich. WLAN wäre noch toll gewesen aber uns hat nichts gefehlt

Lovely apartment in a beautiful location

Overall, it was a lovely holiday, relaxing at nearby Il Cavallo Beach bar; visiting local towns such as Cannobio, Verbania and Stresa. And of course going on a boat trip to the Borromean Islands. Just one fly in the ointment, the roads are busy night and day so walking locally not an option.
