Perfect for a quick stop in Rome. You only have access to your one bedroom and not the rest of the apartment but we didn’t mind it. It was very close walk to the Vatican and St Peter’s Basilica. You get a free cafe and pastry down the street at a small cafe each morning. Place was clean and well stocked with towels, complementary drinks in fridge and coffee maker in room. Host was very friendly and responsive to our communications.

This property is an ensuite in the owners home, The shower is very small, and there is no place to sit comfortably. It is great proximity to Vatican City, shopping and restaurants. The. Included Breakfast was great!

We had a wonderful stay at For My Friends B&B in the Sun Room and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.The location in Prati was perfect for us—close to the Vatican and Metro, but in a neighbourhood that felt much more relaxed than the busiest tourist areas. We loved being able to walk out the door and have great restaurants, cafés, shopping and everything we needed nearby. It was also an excellent base for exploring Rome on foot.The Sun Room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed, including our own private bathroom, Nespresso machine and small refrigerator. Having breakfast at the café downstairs was a nice way to start each morning before heading out to explore.Most importantly, Matilde was a wonderful host—welcoming, helpful and genuinely interested in making sure we enjoyed our stay.After long days exploring Rome, it was nice coming back to a quiet and comfortable place in Prati. We really enjoyed both the accommodation and the neighbourhood and would happily stay here again.Thank you, Matilde, for helping make our time in Rome so memorable!

Very homely and the host very friendly and helpful. Comfy bed and powerful shower. Had everything you could need for short break. Safe area and good location for the Vatican area and access to Metros. Recommend.

As said in previous reviews, the place was very clean and organized. My husband and I felt very safe and comfortable , the room was big enough with all our bags and personal stuff . Breakfast has good choices next door. Matilde is a wonderful host . We will stay there again on our next trip to Rome , it is also close to The Vatican with lots of restaurants around .

B&B was perfect, the amentites were as expected, location was simple for walking and transit access, and adjacent cafe for complimentary drink and pastry were delicious. Fall weather was perfect. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping. Host was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would stay here again and recommend to 1-2 person groups.
