LE PETIT BEAUCAIRE

Gîte climatisé, ancienne grange en pierre entièrement rénovée en 2020. Ce loft est une pièce spacieuse de 60 m2 de plain pied (sans marche), ouverte sur 3 grandes baies vitrées qui donnent accès à une terrasse sur pilotis de 18 m2. Elle permet d'admirer une vue exceptionnelle sur toute la vallée et sur la citée médiévale de Lauzerte. Un sous sol avec une chambre (lit 160 et lit superposé 90 ; wc et salle de bain. Un parking de 2 places est à proximité du gîte. Une grande piscine commune de 14x5 mètres, avec un fond plat et une profondeur de 1,40 sécurisée par une barrière. Caution : frais de ménage a 150 euros ; et caution 1000 euros concernant le logement (non encaissé)

Well earned break

The property is around the corner from my parents and was lovely, great view over lauzerte, pool which was cold so had to use hot tub, considering it’s nearly November good choice, hosts were really friendly and very helpful, log fire which was great on an evening, 5 stars from us George Julie & Jamesy

Une semaine de rêve

Propriété encore mieux que sur l'annonce ,une vue sur Lauzerte à tomber par terre,une bâtisse au charme fou... Nous avons passés une semaine à 5 magnifique. Tellement de choses à visiter et à découvrir. Sans compter sur la gentillesse de nos hôtes,leur disponibilité,leur envie de nous chouchouter comme des membres de leur famille... La plus belle expérience que nous ayons faites ! Merci à Christine et Sylvain ainsi que leurs enfants pour votre accueil et humanité. Nous reviendrons ☺️☺️☺️

une pause ressourçante de toute beauté

Nous avons été accueillis par une famille très amicale. Le lieu est vraiment splendide à tout niveau : La maison , le domaine , la piscine ( grande!), une vue sur la campagne de la terrasse à vous couper le souffle . Sylvain et Christine toujours à l écoute , nous avons passé de très bons moments avec eux , je les remercie encore.on y retourneras !!!!

Un havre de paix à Lauzerte

Nous recommandons au plus haut point cette magnifique et chaleureuse maison au pied de Lauzerte, aménagée avec goût par des hôtes d'une grande et précieuse gentillesse. Nous conseillons vivement !!!
