Executive Home in Crescent Park - 11 miles from Levi's Stadium
Gorgeous two-story home on half-acre property with pool, large lawn, interesting gardens and sitting areas, BBQ area, firepit, etc. Everyone loves this house. Four bedrooms, three on second story, one on first floor. Master bedroom has private outdoor balcony area, large sitting area, huge bathroom with gorgeous tiles and double shower, plus bathtub and walk-in closet. Other two upstairs bedrooms share a newly renovated bathroom and have views to lovely garden or redwood grove outside house. First floor has lovely living room with parlor grand Kawai piano and fireplace; Formal dining room that seats 10. Large family room with wonderful window seat overlooking garden, cable tv, all streaming services, fireplace area with two comfy leather chairs. Kitchen is huge and wonderful to cook in, all modern appliances, Viking range, Thermador oven, warming oven, microwave, Sub Zero fridge and freezer drawers. Another patio garden with soothing sounds of fountain and lovely table for breakfast or dinner al fresco.
